Usually the poc male and white female in movies end up being friends or at least not kissing or fornicating on screen. In fact these types of relations are usually extremely over fetished in pornography to deter it from happening IRL i mean no offense just pointing out how sick and racist the world is against these types of relations. I love it because I am lazy, and it is really easy to take care of. No yard work, shoveling snow, outdoor repairs, etc. Pool area is maintained well, big grill/party area, gym, etc. Negatives are the HOA, make sure you pay attention to what is going on. If they do a big upgrade to the building, they will issue a special assessment. Last year we upgraded our elevators and I had a $5,000 assessment due out of nowhere that year. Also if you keep it when you buy another house, condos are super easy to rent out and manage usually because they are low maintenance. --- Hello world! |

I have done a bulking diet for 3 months (3300 calories per day, 320 g protein) and I am now about 186 lbs, 15% body fat. Today is actually the first day of a 12 week cut (1800 calories/day low carb for 3 days, 2400 calories for 1 day). Double the cardio to 40 minutes per day, still eating 220+ g of protein per day. Hoping to get down to 8% body fat, no idea what weight that will be though. --- Hello world! |
