allways curl in the squat rack

do dumbell rows right of the rack

allways stare at people

deadlift in the free weights area

allways scream it improves strength

allways run at least faster then everybody on the treadmil

dont just train your muscles train your ego so post as much videos of your self lifting on instagram

wear nice clothes to flex on people at the gym

remember if your not getting as big as you want either train better or take steroids

when you aren't using the bench make sure to leave your water bottle and weights on it so no one can use it

Be sure to take at least 4 minutes between each set to rest and check Instagram
