They definitely didn't dumb down pokemon, it generally gets more complex with each generation really. The issue is that it started out pretty dumb and is still pretty dumb but now you're old/aware enough to realize when you weren't before

The mechanics gained depth, but the main campaign is ridiculously boring and does absolutely nothing to challenge players. I agree with TC. The only truly engaging content is multiplayer and post-game.

Theres an old saying: dont change anything...ever.

Change is weird and dumb. Things shouldnt change. I know everyone here agrees with me because the world literally ends whenever the site layout is tweaked.


If CE has leaders appointed, things will be different. And thats bad.

So heres my proposition. Make me the leader, and I wont do my job. I wont make any changes or take any action based on that title. Itll be like theres no leaders at all.

Heck, I barely post compared to a lot of other users. Most of my AMP are Sonic Mania posts that refuse to purge. Im a ghost. Nobody here even knows who I am.

I love how Butterfly Dagger being banned effectively bans Guardian Elma as well, lol. Not like she was ever any good, but still. >_>

Out of all those, I think Magic Ruler wins.

CED, Yata Garasu, etc, are all super powerful, but needed to be used in conjunction with other cards to be truly terrifying. (Seriously, Yata is pretty useless by itself)

But almost every card listed under MR fucks over your opponent pretty bad right out of the gate, with zero or insignificant cost.

So Final Fantasy movies and shows are usually terrible, or retroactively make whatever they were based on terrible. (Spirits Within, Advent Children) Sometimes theyre fun but overall mediocre, like FF Unlimited.

A while ago someone made a topic about a ridiculously titled Netflix series called "Dad of Light". Its about a son who gives his dad FFXIV as a retirement gift and secretly befriends him in the game.

Its on Netflix now and its super sweet. Yall should check it out. >_>

Why does everyone hate Ohya? Shes got that "Alcoholic Chie"-chic going on and "no nonsense reporter" attitude, like the protagonist girl in "Godzilla Mothra and King Ghidora (and Barugon): Giant Monsters All Out Attack".

Actually...that protagonist was also an alcoholic journalist-at-heart stuck working in schlocky entertainment.

I wonder if the guy who wrote Ohya was a Godzilla fan, because that was a top-tier obscure waifu.

The doctor is the hottest and I like her the best.

Havent beat the game but im at the bank dungeon. So far he just gets on my nerves. For example they are suppose to keep the thing a secret yet hes always blaring out loud about the group. (Name escapes me, havent played in a while). Its how Makato was able to get solid evidence against them and it just happened to be that Makato was cool.

Hes that friend I would never tell a secret to as he would likely get me caught regardless it being not intentional.

Like I said, he's not incredibly smart. But he doesn't deserve the constant shit they throw at him. They'll rag on him even when he isn't doing anything stupid. Yusuke says stupid stuff and does pervy stuff as well, but nobody treats him like shit. They just think he's weird. <_<

Like, Morgana literally calls Ryuji pathetic everytime he misses a target. Not even Yosuke had it this bad, and he deserved almost everything he got.

I grew up as a toddler with some sort of white sheperd dog thing. Then we had a beagle. Then a pomeranian. And a piugeniese(sp), and some tiny black dog about the size of a pom but it had a thin, weird, rat body. And after all those we got a chocolate lab and a dog that looked like a sheep. And then the lab died and a man who didn't speak English took the sheep due to a misunderstanding with our mother, and we got a tiny curly white dog.

I know I missed like 2 or three. And we had a bunch of cats somewhere in there. And one rabbit And a chinchilla. And some hermit crabs.

I spent some time renting out a room with a woman who owned a dog that was basically Iggy from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

But now, at 28 years old, I'm married and living in an apartment. No animals in the immediate future.

I low-key want to be a writer but for some reason I stopped writing at some point and never really started back up. I assume it coincided with not reading as much as I used to, I need to read more

Issue is so many people write so much shit nowadays so that actual chance of a career there is equivalent to moving to Hollywood to be an actor

Give it a try! Writing is super fun. I used to do a lot of fan fiction and original fiction in jr high, but yeah, I stopped reading and stopped writing about the same time. Started back up a few years ago though. It's really satisfying.

Statistically, there are versions of you in these alternate worlds who are the luckiest person in existence. They are so lucky that highly improbable things happen to them all the time. One version of you could flip coins, and they always land on heads. There might be a version of you that can point any loaded gun to their head and the gun will always not go off. And then there are some who are impossible to kill no matter what anyone tries because their worldline says they were meant to die of old age.
