RWBY looked like a video game until recently, seeing as how it's Rooster Teeth, I'd figure that was stylistic.
It still looks like a Tales Game.



Appleseed, Knights of Sidonia and Arpeggio of Blue Steel all are almost pure CG and they look great.
A lot of mecha and vehicle-based anime do blended CG which looks good the majority of the time as well, E.G. GuP.

Intro is kind of a weird way to start the game imo.

I went asking about the others and how they relate and I got "It's mostly just references and such" or "You may not understand units [??] but CS and TitS are on different lines".

I got into the game. Started HM because I r be game masochist.

Slightly reminds me of Evolution Worlds in terms of lolbullets, here's a tonk, and the concept of the battle system, but less absurd since no giant fist to punch out tank, just swords vs giant robots. Pretty violent opening. Tanks slaying SPAAGs and then bloody dead guys. But then the Robots look so stupid as to be absurd.

Numbers seem a tad high and there's definitely some mechanics that I have no clue as of yet, and I might have used too much resource for the first fight, but I dunno.

From what I've seen, that ending is divisive- there's a definite hatedom for it.
I found the game to be thoroughly average so I didn't hang around to find many other opinions on it. I found it to be one of those unsatisfying endings that just makes me put down the game entirely.

Making matters worse is that you're told the ending 5 minutes into the game, nay in the description for the game.
