Scare did what he said. Ulti did what he said. Scum has a way to counter scares role, which honestly is pretty broken if it just gives you a free scum kill if you live to night 2. Lol.

Ulti as scum had his door to play with and just shut it.

Zero chance they are 1 for 1ing.

The only case for scare being scum and it's slim is if ulti and scare are scum together.

I think its likelier both are town than both are scum tho. And zero chance scare is scum and ulti is town.

That's what concerns me. Ulti said he had to travel back in time until when they are alive correct? Which the last time red would have been alive was night 1.

Not sure how to make the balance of this game work if ulti is scum and scare is truthful unless scum has a ninja and chose not to use it.

Scare going 1 for 1 in the current state doesn't make sense.

Scare also offing his scummate doesn't make sense if he is making the role up to try and clear himself to win the game down the road.

So I am inclined to Scare being town.

So is his role legit or is he gambiting is the question.

He is claiming what would be a broken role unless Scum has a check to it.

When you "travel back in time", when exactly back in time do you travel to for your supposed role, ulti?

Not sure how you can wait til someone got nightkilled then go back and see who visited them. Sounds like a guaranteed scum lynch unless they have a ninja.

unfortunately not, except in a very niche scenario, as I understand it. Most of the time, I'd just get back the same result twice.

Do you retain your action if roleblocked? Like, are you just roleblocked and lost your action unless it goes off in the day phase?

Idk what ur role is but if you can only use it once, the doubling would have effectively doubled your role up and the draw back of not being able to use it the next night wouldn't have mattered?

Idk whatever. It's weird. But, this game supposedly has time stuff so I guess there has to be roles that use it somehow.

"Once per night you can target 1 player and drag them across time from the start of the nightphase to the end of the nightphase.
The target will avoid anything else that targets them in that time-frame. However the results of their actions will be delayed by 24 hours. How this affects them differs from role to role, all you will be told is who you ultimately targeted.
You win when all threats to the timeline have been dealt with."

Okay I am gonna try and decipher this.

Night action. Can target a player. Moves them from start of night phase to end of night phase avoiding all actions against them. The actions of the person targeted still happen but they happen 24 hours later in the day phase.

So, if... ben swapped Dumey... supposed to 24 hours into day phase. Dumeys jailkeep went off in the day phase. And the person was no longer able to be targeted during the day phase. And if they had a day action they used during the day... it went off... 24 hours later... which depending on when in the day phase could be day, night, or... even the beginning of the next day phase?

My head hurts.

Blade claims a stupid role based on the movie Groundhog Day that is exclusively a downside, where he can only vote for players (or no Lynch) that he voted for on day 1. He has proved that this restriction is true, but claims there's nothing else to the role.

He swapped Dumey night 1? And was roleblocked night 2? Or he was day actions and these were really day 1 and day 2?

Also very curious ulti claimed he was going to backup some dead dude and mysteriously he supposedly did back up said person. Again timing is weird cuz why say that and why not do it first to confirm yourself. Quite interesting he did the dumbest thing possible and yet somehow it still worked out he supposedly did it still.

Is there a way to confirm he actually did it?

What was red and who did Ben try to target night 2.

And 2 roleblocks on the same night. Okay.

And whoever had that day 1 votal time analysis crap. Repost that.

I'm pretty much 80% in the dark of what's going on in this game atm.

Also think scum would be reluctant to lose that role so would have tried to save sultan if possible without getting their hands too dirty.

Has to be 3 scum with the ek.

3p survivor doesnt make sense. Nor does sk obviously with the last night kill. If a 3p exists it doesn't win with a team but only by themselves.

So 1/3rd of the scum team just died day 1 and with their extra kill which costs them an extra ML to win.

I'm not sure a stronger role than that exists with the set up. So I can't see suiciding to save there. Fwiw

Yeah Blade is stubborn especially when he thinks he is objectively in the right. I agree with that sentiment.

I'm not convinced by the "ulti/ lopen claims were confusing to scum Sultan therefore they are town" argument because i have literally been scum with Sultan, made a weird claim, and he contorted himself to try to make sense of it in topic. What else is in ulti's favor for you? He jumped on Sultan after he was already lynched from his self-pres vote?

I thought just got all condescending and crap when in that scenario. Not taking his ball and going home.

So he is backup that has to target a dead player to take their power... and he announced it instead of just you knke targeting a dead player and getting their power and confirming himself. = /

i mean, i think this is reading too far into sultan. while he has a habit of tripping himself up as scum (or really just a habit of getting lynched day 1 often), i don't think of him as someone who blatantly slips on who his teammates are in such a straightforward way. I really see no reason why he couldn't make that post up. Hell, 90% of the post isn't even related to this game! This looks more to me like Ben finding reasons to townclear people he wants to clear.

I agree with this.

I don't see why Sultan being confused about claims would matter for the alignments of ulti and lopen. Especially cuz both are so erratic that even if your teammate, you probably wouldn't know wtf they are doing the majority of the time anyways.

Ill probably need to go read that exchange to get context regarding wallz there.

Partly meta that you were the last to join in signup topic and said you wouldn't be very available, so I'm not holding your standard D1 inactivity against you.

Second because when you were here, you did ask for updates on what claims were made.

Contrary to what Ulti complained about at the start of the topic, I have attempted to (and succeeded!) in lynching Corrik D1 a few times. Remember when Corrik was Town Cop and didn't claim to spite us for lynching him? >_> Basically if Corrik was just being stubborn and saying the old, "D1 is useless I don't care" kind of stuff, I'd be more on board with a D1 Corrik lynch. But because of the two points above, I'm willing to look elsewhere for right now.

Corrik, I am curious of what you think about Ulti's soft claim about getting stronger over time is. Just an Ulti bluff, or do you buy it?

Neither Ulti or Lopens claim is real and all the discussion regarding it is dumb.

He's breadcrumbing attacking me under the guise of attacking Corrik. So later when I get more votes for being inactive he can be like "oh well I can't get Corrik lynched may as well lynch Lopen"
