You are not helping your case with that last comment. Do realize how long you breastfeed for? Its not just the 6 weeks disability you get. After that you can take FMLA but that is unpaid. Breast milk only for 6 months. Then still breast milk along with solids for another year. They arent supposed to get regular milk during that time. It doesnt get them the nutrients they need. If you arent breastfeeding then you have to buy formula which is extremely expensive. My younger kid breastfeed until 2 when I finally cut her off. --- AC - Violet on Penny. Not surprising since it is CE. It should be called a lactation room. When a women is breastfeeding but at work she still has to take the milk out of her breasts. It hurts. So you hook yourself up to a breast pump. You store the milk in bottles and that is fed to your baby by whoever is watching it while you are at work. So you pump for the babys food for the next day. A lactation room has a fridge so you can store the milk. It takes a while to pump the milk and damn if I wouldnt like for a man to walk in while I was doing it. But the thing is my old company had a room that was only for lactation and it had a lock and that was 12 years ago. And it had been like that for years. Your mortgage company confirms that you have insurance on your house. They check every year. So yeah you have to have insurance on your house. You dont have to have insurance paid out of escrow. Those are the people that end up divorced too and then people here go on that the divorce rate is 50%. No one I knew got married right after college. We went on for masters or other testing/training. And even if they got married in their 20s most waited until around 30 for kids to be far enough in their careers. Especially true for the women. I live in the northeast though. You usually let them know your wife is pregnant and is due around whenever. They then try to make sure you are around for the birth of your child.
