Just utilities which might be around $120. I just moved out of my rent house though were I was spending about $800 a month. I live in my own RV on land now.

It's amazing having tenants. I'm one person and don't have a lot of stuff or take up room so I will gladly rent out half my house (it was already split into apartments before I bought it) for the 6000 a year they pay me.

$70 for internet and cellphone
$200 for car insurance
$22 for life insurance
$100-150 for groceries and other repeated costs
health insurance is covered by my employer.

$70 water/sewer/garbage

Mind that these are all split 50/50 with my SO.

Somewhere around $2,700/mo all-in for my routine monthly bills, including groceries

My mortgage is $410 and that includes property tax lol

Internet - 60
water - 70
Electric - 112 (on average, taking winter into consideration)
Phone - 15

Homeowners insurance - 420 a year
Car insurance - 200 twice a year

Food varies lol

Generally drop $300 into savings each month too.

Think I'm doing pretty good!
