Where tipping is appreciated but not outright required?

Things cost more in England than they do in America, so you're practically paying the same either way.

You aint required here too. It's just frowned upon if you don't.

Actually got take out from papa johns tonight and the cashier just reached ovee and hit $0 on the thing when it asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I said I actually planned on tipping simply cause it being a resturant I could walk in during a pandemic. And she was just "oh im so used to people not tipping"

We aren't required to tip in the states. There's no law saying we must, its just considered rude when your waiter/waitress was really good.

I'll still tip if it was busy and they were distracted.
