For example, get an agent to handle things instead of booking clients personally through Twitter dms. Or if you're going to do it yourself, you need to accept some basic responsibility for doing that side of your job. We don't even know the details of whatever contract they signed. I understand why the discourse is the way that it is, but it's really not as simple as losing weight like you might think from watching people talk about it online. Maybe if you're an average kinda fit person who played sports but now you're an adult and you just let yourself go that's true. But if you've never touched a weight in your life, just played vidya and now you're a huge fatass, you'll probably need to put in work building muscle too.
