The viewpoint that sex workers should be up front about unexpected genitals when making business deals? How does that get people like you killed? You're trying to make this transgender specific, and about hate, when it's not either of those things. When people are making a business deal to mash genitals together they should be up front if there is something unexpected about those genitals. That is not limited to a man with a vagina or a woman with a penis. A man with a micropenis, a woman with clitoromegaly, or anybody with heavily pierced genitals or body modifications should also disclose that up front, as some other examples.

That logic doesn't track. The belief that she should have disclosed that she has a penis means that she would be at fault, he wouldn't still be at fault because he got there and it wasn't actually what he agreed to.

Like I said in that post, that's not how reality works. Things can absolutely be the fault of multiple people. This is well established in tort law. So that's just incorrect.

Further, I'm saying he didn't do his basic due diligence as a supposed professional. It would be like buying a house and then trying to sue your realtor because the roof leaks. I'm sure the realtor was scummy but you're also to blame for not hiring a better inspector

I feel like this is probably the most fair take on it. Like I get not wanting to do the scene, dude is allowed to not be into dicks. There are plenty of women in the industry who only do girl girl scenes, so this isn't that much different. What's not cool is the way he handled himself afterwards by intentionally misgendendering her and being a complete fucking douchebag.

Me personally, I would have tried to compromise. Me and her could just tag team the other chick. So long as I'm not interacting with her penis and she's not interacting with mine, it's all good. I more or less agree with this. If the person was angry or mean to him on set that he refused I could see him being very justifiably pisssed. Idk how much prep is involved for a scene but if he had to block out a whole day only to arrive on set and feel deceived I could imagine being quite upset, particularly if the person was rude.

Obviously the optics on what he said after the fact were bad. Don't think it's valid to blacklist him for life or anything about it. Probably wouldn't hurt though if he was like

"I don't have an issue with the trans community but this particular woman did not tell me she was biologically male, and because of her conduct to her I was quite upset.
