I'm so happy, I finally found a workout routine that works for me!
The program I was using before was WAY too intense for me and just ended with me overexerting myself, quitting early, and feeling like shit. I was super unmotivated.
But now I started doing longer, lighter workouts, and now I feel way better, and it leaves me feeling energized and wanting more.
Still can't stop eating deep-fried foods, though... at least I eat a lot of meat too.
Yeah... I've lost a lot of weight without giving up anything really, but it makes it go slower which is a pain in itself.Wii_Shaker posted...
I've been doing guided workouts through my gym's website but it's just not the same.
My roommate bought a heavy bag so I've been doing more kick boxing work outs.
I put on 6lbs since quarantine, which doesn't sound bad but I'm positive I have been losing muscle tone and that's the difference in weight.
If you're interested in something more extensive there are a few home based routines that people have been floating around.jeffhardyb0yz posted...
I wish I could be as organized as you and keep a chart for stuff like this.Romes187 posted...

lol it is all going to fall apart the minute I'm not working from home, I'm really trying to milk this while it lasts
