People are really good ay hiding depression sometimes. And for many people (especially if they haven't been depressed) may not even know what to look for. And it looks like the family spent plenty of time together. Being around people doesn't mean you won't feel lonely... It's not really that hard to understand...

If I had to take one I'd take the shitty 48 hour charging phone. Even if I brought like 3 portable batteries with me, carrying a phone that only lasts 3 hours wouldn't even be worth carrying by that point

You can also speed up time by 2x with the song of time...

AFAIK, the double song of time is what you're thinking of. And that skips time... But it seems like the remake allows you to do that, so it's cool. Then there's teh inverted song of time which slows down time...

The remake actually changes the time skip so that you can now pick which hour you want to fast forward to, instead of automatically going to the next dawn/sunset.

Thats good. I never used it in the remake, so I was am unaware of the change...

I never said MCU, though. I avoided use of that acronym since the MCU is it's own universe (199999). But they were part on Marvel already before the MCU was even a thing. The thing is, they probably never should have been sold to a different company in the first place. Technically, they kind of have one. But its goes forward 12 hours. Though, the remake makes the first three days go by really fast to help...

I don't agree with this. Lots of brands have black models with no issues. These racial issues happen with every minority because it's usually white people spearheading the advertising campaigns and they don't do enough research. You see it a lot with Asian models being made to be stereotypical as well.

Just give it time. I mean, it took over 100 years for Jemima. Is another 100, maybe products will only have white people on it... Whatever. The world's only getting worst as time passes...

The racist part was the depiction of the mammy. But not every black woman on a product is a mammy. I never saw Aunt Jemima like many. Barely anyone did. Just a black lady who was somebody's aunt... That being said, the word Aunt was part of the problem. It's what caused that one person to see her as a mammy, apparently. Plus, the word aunt and uncle were brought up when talking about Uncle Ben, which is another stupid change...

I think it's a non-issue that really shouldn't have even been brought up... And I think it was very few people altogether that had an issue with it. Most people didn't make the connection of Aunt Jemima being connected the the roots of the word Aunt. And I don't know about everyone involved, but I've seen more white people (in my own personal experience) who have had more problems with this than black people. My family (who are mostly black) also thought the change was weird and unnecessary...

I know a couple retired ones in their early 60s that have let themselves go. Got big guts now. That said you can see all the work they put in when they were young they still have big muscular legs and arms. That's why its important to be active when you younger you age much worse if you're not.

I have, but I've seen every type by now. Usually, it's the older ones who have been in forever. But most of them get some kind of waiver so they don't have to do the PT Test. That being said, some of those big boys can move!

We also use to have PT either every day before work, or every other day depending on how they were trying to do PT that month/quarter/year... But that didn't really work out. Now it's a train on your own kind of deal on our base for maintenance on our side... But just us, AFAIK. Other places on base still have group PT...

Looking back, my illness, I just didn't realize thats what it was. I had lots of depression and brain fog and I was always exhausted. I also just hated doing work and my body does not function well on a 24 hour schedule. While some of my dislike for doing work is assuredly being lazy and depressed and cause most people don't like work, it seems obvious now that it was more than that. My head would just go blank after working for more than like 10 minutes.

Also my parents divorced and I switched schools like 4 times before dropping out. I was really stressed about the future cause I know you have to work but I couldn't see a life where I had to work that was worth living. Part of that was definitely just unrealistic expectations of what life is. I was raised with the fairly standard do well in school, get into a good college, get a high paying career and start a family mindset so when that seemed like it wouldn't work for me, it just seemed like I was doomed. Course now I realize theres a ton of ways to be happy and enjoy life and plenty of them don't require that path through life.

In school the difficulty also finally started to catch up to me. I'd always been considered extremely gifted academically when I was younger so naturally I never studied and rarely did homework. Around the start of highschool though it started to catch up and not studying in some of the advanced classes I was in was for the first time leaving me confused. After so many years of habit it was hard to switch up my perspective and it kind of felt like I was a bit of a fraud and not actually very smart at all when realistically I was still quite smart, I just needed to put in a little bit of effort here and there.

Oh, man... Sounds like a lot of stuff was going on... I also grew up hearing the same standard of school -> college -> good job -> good family -> good life. But it didn't really go like that, anyway...

It was fairly difficult for me. Not really because of the physical changes, but because I was insanely shy and it was really embarrassing.

My brother kept teasing me over the changes, and my dad got a whole new sSo, itet of ammo to use to shame me. Of course my classmates teased me over that stuff too. It totally sucked, but honestly I think it was mostly just me being way too sensitive.

Physically, it was fine, just a bit embarrassing. It was the change in atmosphere around me that bothered me. I don't think I ever felt more like an outcast than at that time.

So, it was a social thing, but not just school... But I do understand...

Personally I dont even remember puberty. I remember things that happened in my life when I was going through puberty. However I dont remember anything pertaining to puberty itself.

My favorite is Skull Kid. Least favorite would have to be Agitha or King Daphnes. Highest level is Link at 60, and I think my lowest is Yuga at 15 who is the only character I haven't actually tried yet. lol

That makes sense that he's low, then. And skull kid is pretty fun. And has some good moves. I think Link is my strongest, as well... He's a good filler character for me, as well... And I use to have a lot of trouble with Agitha and King Daphnes. Both aren't very good to me. Though, some may like them... I do like Agitha's special (the butterfly wings), but he moves are kind of weird. Like timing and area are kind of off...

I disagree. The only place I've actually heard about this new packaging is a dying game website that barely anybody goes to. I haven't seen any like actual news about it. So, I don't think it's make someone a goon to have not heard about this...And not all store employees know about packaging changes. It's not actually that important, tbh. They just put it when the scanner says to. They probably see new versions of common items all the time. To them, it just may look like a new syrup trying to rip off Aunt Jemima... It wasn't bad. Still kind of scary since I didn't know what to expect, though... I think I was lucky because of my social standing, not to mention that the other gay guy (very open) was also popular. We actually became good friends while in yearbook together. Which is when I became friends with the other popular kids, like the girl who loved all the same music as me. I brought my cds to put on the computers I worked on. And we would share headphones and listen.

Weirdly, it was different for me. When I finally came out as gay (at school), I became more popular. First with the girls, but with some guys, as well... I was also very widely known before that and had tons of friends. And had the backing of the wrestling team (which also made up have the football team). And the popular kids all liked me. And one of them was also gay... I was also in Maryland...

55% done with MQ map. I went up the west side of the map and made a beeline for Cia's level 3 weapon and I got all those other weapons along the way. Gonna do the same thing on the east side tomorrow to get all those weapons.

In my experience, nobody cared about voice cracks but unwanted boners would make you the butt of all jokes for a long time. Teenagers are catty and spread rumors throughout the school instantly - they're also insecure so that type of embarrassment follows them everywhere.

I guess it was never a big thing in my area. I don't really remember anyone getting made fun of, though I saw people get them often... But I think it was because it would suck to make fun of someone for something, when it's happening to you, as well... Like I don't think it makes sense for me to make fun of someone for getting a boner, when I'm also getting them... And would make me the bigger butt of the jokes...

It is murder. But how bad it gets for him might depend on if his shooting of the suspect would have been justified of not. Either way, he's guilty of murder. But his sentence will probably change based on the outcome of that investigation... For example, if his shooting of the suspect wasn't justified, he'll get it much worse than if shooting the suspect would have been justified...
