That's pretty cool. So if you get handed something at the event there will be a place you can take it and have it tested no questions asked? That should be standard everywhere, especially at festivals. Obviously it won't help much at a house party, but you're more likely to get slipped something iffy at Coachella or something.

Oh, its a Super Conservative blog site....makes sense...and yea the point of "Impossible" meat isn't that its healthy. no one ever claims that, BK doesn't claim that. Its just something some people developed as an alternative to meat/killing animals and its progressed so well that restaurants are adding it to their menu as an alternative for Vegetarians that isn't a bean burger. "well why would a vegetarian even want to eat meat then!?"...I know some people who, due to religion, can't eat meat on certain days. This is also an alternative for them....and a regular every day vegetarian can still like the taste of it, there's nothing wrong with that...but no one ever said it was a "healthier" option so i don't know where s0nic is getting that from...

Grief or not...they should not keep that money unless the people who gave it to them decide to change their reasoning to funeral costs. 2....the people who donated money in the name of "reviving" someone are terrible people. I'm sorry but allowing a grieving family to think their child could be revived (if they really were honest and not doing this for the money) is terrible for a church group...they should have come together and help them understand things, not indulge those beliefs and make them think it could be a reality. Its just a sad story all around. I'm glad the little girl is gonna get a proper send off and it won't be tied to this crazy "revival" story for any longer...

EDUCATION IS KEY. Educate them so even if they use it, they have the knowledge to do so responsibly...Again, a flat out "JUST DON'T DO IT OR YOU WILL DIE!" is not a proven strategy. we've used that for years. it doesn't work. its why the Truth cigarette commercials talked about what was in cigs, and what they did to your body. its why they showed people with deformities and blackened lungs...to EDUCATE people on the reality. jfc this can't be that hard for you to comprehend...

I find this advertising campaign interesting but it'll ultimately fall on deaf ears. You can tell people until you're blue in the face "Hey, be careful out there." They just think it'll never happen to them and they won't take preventative measures until it actually does (and by then it's often already too late).

because everybody isn't you. i have no desire to try LSD, probably never will, but i also understand that if responsible, people can and have tried it out of curiosity or whatever. the world isn't as black and white as you seem to think it is, Duncan...Things like this are necessary. You basically sound like a republican who preaches abstinence only education. People will be curious. people will still have sex...education is key to help them make the right decisions when they do get curious.
