There were no tamales, just taquitos, potato tacos and enchiladas. I don't have pics because she sold them at 12AM last night during our lunch and i ate them right away.

What State/Country?

She'll most likely need a permit to sell food, and inspections from the Health Department to ensure sanitary conditions of the cooking/preparation area(s) and to ensure that health codes for food prep/handling, transport, and storage are being followed.

Coworkers were joking last week that we'll see who gets sick. So far so good. I'll take the risk.

Frankly, if we approach this through the lens of Republican Party De-regulation, she would be free to sell her foodstuffs from wherever and whenever, without the overburdens of needless government oversight and "safety and health" standards, in the pursuit of free market capitalism and the American Dream.

Just makes you think.

I work for a medical billing company but our office building doesn't get traffic where you could have a viable selling business. I remember there used to be like food carts on the first floor that sold things but they hardly sold anything. They stopped having food carts on the first floor. I remember buying some candy from them at one time but they hardly had any people around. So there never was a line.

Used to work at a place where a guy showed up every Thursday in a burgundy 1996 Cadillac Coupe de Ville. The trunk was stuffed with BBQ dinners in those styrofoam containers. Ribs, chicken, hotlinks, all the sides and sweet potato pie for like $8.

The guy dressed like something straight out of Superfly or The Mack, but he knew his BBQ. We couldn't wait until Thursdays, so we could get this guys BBQ sold from his trunk.

One day the LAPD showed up and everyone got serious. Some people even hid. The cops left with two rib & hotlink dinners and told the guy to bring more napkins next time.

One day the guy stopped showing up. We'd heard something about a heart attack or something. Anyway that was good BBQ.
