Eh there are some things like White Album that I can't make an argument for how that arises, but overall part 4 and part 5 stands are really good at demonstrating someone's aspirations, temperament, virtue or cowardice.

These are all mostly the same thing of giving you an excuse to have whatever special power the author comes up with. But with a stand you can have a stylish second body that punches at the speed of sound in addition to your cool ability

See, that's why I'm a little wishy washy about Night in the Woods in the OP. It's straight up a story about a kid going back home from college in the US but with anthro characters.

Looking up the holy potatoes franchise, I think i have to nix it because they look too much like just stylized chibi humans. I could manipulate some screenshots such that you wouldn't be able to tell they're supposed to be potatoes if you didn't know the series. With NitW, everybody is strikingly an animal

I think it falls into my no mascot platformer rule.

For example, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games, you play as a Pokemon. And Pokemon are normally designed to be animals in wilderness but the PMD ones have communities and infrastructure.

It's kinda hard for me to think of many examples of games like this. Especially if you nix mascot platformers where there's like ten people-creatures in the world and then a bunch of generic enemies. So no Crash, Spyro, DK etc. Sonic doesn't count because he lives in a world of humans.

I think Night in the Woods counts. However Animal Crossing does not count because you play as a human.

Are you sure the video your watching is 1080p capable?

It says 1080pHD in the settings on the video. Also I've looked at channels like TV show promotion channels that should be putting up the best quality videos and there's clearly a resolution issue still.

Yakuza 0 lets you beat people up by break dancing then pull out a baseball beat and crack their skull.

Like a Dragon is a simplified version of Dragon Quest gameplay which means you press A and scroll to your strongest move and press A for several minutes. Normal attacks are wholly unreliable since you can't control movement making intercepts random. As a matter of fact having a positioning system you can't directly control is genuinely psychotic. And on top of all that attack startups get caught on geometry way too often, God help you if a battle starts near a public park for example.

A lot of places take the trash dumpster and the recycling dumpster to the same landfill. Ball State University did when I was there

Alcohol is an acquired taste, but people often don't understand what that means. As acquired taste is something you may like after trying it so many times, but that doesn't mean you'll like it from the get go if you do X to it, or drink X thing. So many people say they do not like alcohol, and generally the first things they drink are things that aren't very good like Bud Light, so people tell them to "drink better beer" as if that will solve the problem, when it won't.

I genuinely don't think I have the necessary gene to enjoy alcohol. People are like "mix it with soda if you're new and don't like beer" and it ruins the soda so bad I just drink the soda. The buzz isn't worth it either. Why would want a depressant on my system anyway... starting to sound like a prude, but I'm actually pretty bitter that I don't enjoy alcohol and everyone else does.

You can argue if it's reasonable to demand the tenders be replaced, but the tweeter is mocking the length of the person's text
