For instance, .... says Every five weeks, a preselected enemy mercenary will be confined to a wheelchair and braindead for the first minute of battle. At that point, it's determined one target. The other target is just resolving a residual effect based on the initial ability use resolving. Which has some merit, to be fair. For instance it makes things like say ability immunity less stupid with abilities like this. Like if you hit an ability immune merc with "..." you could have a second merc pushing an empty wheelchair around if it was ruled as two targets. --- No problem! | Lopen 07/20/17 3:23:06 PM #154 | I'm curious how you feel about the takes on Joker in film and TV/Video Games. Like Romero, Nicholson, Hamill, Ledger, whoever the dude in Suicide Squad's name is. It seems like they're all fairly consistent to themselves despite being pretty inconsistent with one another-- for instance despite thinking the Nicholson Joker is ass, he's not a character who changes wildly and without reason throughout the movie which seems to be your main issue with Joker. I assume any given portrayal would be accurate to the comic character to varying degrees since he's had so many writers that change how he acts, but I'm curious if any of the incarnations that weren't in comics painted a consistent character you would've enjoyed significantly more than comic Joker if he was consistently used in that way. Are any of them particularly good to you? Bad to you? --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

Ideally the progression would've been like... 4 > 6 > 5 > 3 > 7 in terms of character progression I think as far as potential attachment goes. I think you'd have to portray Jimmy Smits slightly differently (Dexter was probably more attached to Lumen than he ever was to Jimmy Smits) for this to work ideally, but, conceptually this would be the best. Also Dexter getting over Rita fast makes sense since he didn't really love her, but rather the idea of the stability she brought with him successfully having a "normal" life. I had no real problem with that (though the abrupt and kinda forced way of killing her off did bug me) --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

Have run 10 times so far Here's the enemy distribution, followed by drop rates I've experienced 3x Stout brown mechs (l4 Saber) (0/30) 1x Big green mechs (l5 Saber) (0/10) 2x Big green mechs (l6 Saber) (1/20) 2x Female white mechs (l4 Assassin) (1/20) 1x Female purple mechs (l5 Assassin) (0/10) 1x Female green mechs (l6 Assassin) (10/10) It seems like the l6 Assassin has 100% drop rate or close to it. Does the second stage boss drop one? I would assume not because a lot of people have said they only got one. Assuming that the ones I've gone completely blank on can't drop gears, the theoretical max gears would be 5-7, depending on whether the second stage boss can drop one, and whether the l5/l6 sabers are distinct. But these drop rates are looking low enough that the odds are way too low of me getting more than 3 or 4. I'll do a few more runs later-- it's a good AP outlet when I wanna spend but don't wanna level up and get more AP. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

| Lopen 07/20/17 12:51:43 PM #118 | I think the big difference between me and the typical Dexter fan is I mentioned it in the form of Doakes being killed off too quickly, but it was probably more accurately the idea of Dexter being found out as an idea was super rushed I think. LaGuerta and Quinn looking into it didn't have nearly the same bite that he had, as he had the most menace, really, so there was no real threat escalation there. After that had occurred any real interesting developments in the show that hadn't been done yet were sorta at the mercy of Dexter's character development rather than outside factors aside from Deb finding him out-- you draw out Doakes figuring him out and there's a lot more material there for a quality show I think. --- No problem! (should be used sparingly against certain characters, not literally anyone who taps out at any point-- probably the main reason submission finishers are rare now) CM Punk (I actually think this is a good chant to show hatred for a segment but it's used way too often rather than on segments that really deserve the chant-- points for being rare these days) What?
