The problem is that most people aren't cool RPG heroes. Most people are normal people. "Evil scheming villain" describes less than .1% of the population.

None of the alignments really make sense. I've always disliked the system. It doesn't really describe peoples' motivations effectively.

In any case, I would say most people are lawful because humans, as a rule, trend towards convention and tradition. Some people not as much as others, which makes them true neutral.

I'd say the vast, vast majority of people are really lawful neutral. Like at least 75%. Very few people are chaotic in the completely nonsense way DnD describes it, and good vs. evil is not actually a thing that exists in real life.

uu has some funny lines, but I'm having a hard time liking him. He's sort of like just the cantankerous part of Karkat's personality, except less that and more just malevolent. I want to know more about him though. The UU/uu mystery is killing me.

Leveling up was actually always a stupid mechanic in Metroidvanias anyway, it makes game balance a basically impossible task. I like finding and collecting stuff in Castlevanias, but leave leveling up out of it. Metroid doesn't have leveling up, it just has finding upgrades, and it's great.

All that said I have absolutely no idea what Lords of Shadow is so I have no idea what this is going to be like but I'm not really thrilled.

Yeah, Amanda Knox struck me as the most bizarre thing on this list too. I laughed out loud at that one.

So does that mean, if there were no straight guys and like two gay guys who wore makeup, that the correlation would be weak?

The way I'm understanding it, wouldn't "wearing makeup" not show up very high for gays if there aren't a lot of gays wearing makeup, regardless of how many straight guys are doing it? I mean, the vast majority of gay guys don't wear makeup. Just because that's a behavior associated with homosexuality doesn't mean it's actually prevalent.

I would guess there are denizens, but it is still possible that there aren't. The Jane walkaround did make mention of Hemera at one point, but a lot of the information in that flash is cryptic and hard to trust completely.

The RIAA should be forced to pay 200 trillion in damages for wasting the courts' time.

Yeah, this is what I think too. I feel silly for not realizing this earlier since it's already been known that the Condesce wants the kids to play the game and I already had figured that she was trying to recreate the troll world on earth, but yeah that seems like what she's trying to do. Maybe UU and uu are from the universe they eventually create.

I usually say uh-RAY-dee-uh and NEH-peh-tuh, but otherwise I'm the same as all of hussie's.

MIDI in general encompasses all synthesized music though, including most video game music before this generation, so by that definition you'd be right.

Good, someone covered this before I had to.

MIDI as a standard is great, though outdated in some unfortunate ways. But general MIDI samples are goddamn awful.
