Hmm, wait, yeah. If B1 and B2 are tied together, then B2 should be getting completely obliterated, huh? Maybe it doesn't somehow. I mean clearly the planet she's on isn't in great shape, there's lava and s*** and probably nothing else lives here. I dunno.
I've said this before but it's as true as ever - Hussie was really smart for writing the story the way he did up until now. He has loads of credibility built up for being unpredictable. Nothing in the story is a sure bet. Not everything is going to be what it seems, but some things are exactly as they seem. And despite the unpredictability, he never makes me feel like anything is a total asspull.
The thing about this story that confuses me the most is that it appears to be a critical failure of capitalism. Apple likes money, so why would they refuse to sell a product to someone for a stupid reason that's very out of character for a major corporation in the 21st century?
All of the "clues" Hussie has been dropping in the recent updates, combined with Hussie making fun of us for trying to draw meaning out of pictures of dongs and constantly mentioning uu's love of red herrings suddenly makes me worried. Hussie respects us as readers. He knows exactly what we're going to think of every hint he drops. He's acutely aware of the conclusions that we're going to draw. That means I have absolutely no idea where he's going with all this, in spite of the fact that it seems to be pointing in some very obvious directions. It's bizarrely unnerving.
They gave TTYD a hilariously low score and then defended it by saying it was a "very kiddie game." That's not game journalism, that's a 14-year-old on the internet explaining why he doesn't like Pokemon anymore. Oh wait, sorry. I guess that is game journalism.
I'm still not sure why everyone has jumped on the "LE is uu" train so fast. There's obviously some relationship here, but I don't know that it's as simple as "LE is uu" so I'm still waiting. I doubt the body we're seeing Calliope in right now is the same as LE, that doesn't seem to be quite right.
Earlier, we saw a panel where Calliope(?)'s ankles were chained - one with Calliope's Caduceus symbol, and one with uu's Ophiuchus symbol.
Now we see Calliope's shackle unlocked but uu's is still locked.
I think the "same body" theory is looking to be more and more a sure bet, though the exact mechanics of it are still a mystery (how do dream selves work, etc).
I'll bet that both Calliope and uu each put a shackle around their body that only they can unlock, as a precaution, to keep them in place.
I bought an HP (HP Envy 14 Beats Edition) a few weeks ago and I have to say it's quite great. I remember hearing some terrible things about HP a few years back, but looking at reviews convinced me that they've really stepped up their game recently. I really enjoy how customizable they are since I was looking for some incredibly specific features and I was able to find them all in one laptop, that looks amazing as well.
I'm not much of a PC gamer, but I did need a decent amount of speed and memory for the audio programs I run so I think we were looking at the same types of computers. I'd check out their Envy line. I think it was basically made to compete with the MacBook Pro so there is a definite focus on style as well as great performance, although not in the sense of gaming.

Build a desktop
it's amazing how different the first two responses were in how helpful they were
Anyway thanks dude, I was already kind of thinking about HPs since my current laptop is one, and although it's a piece of s*** now, it's also as old as 2004 and the fact that it lived this long means it was actually pretty reliable.
This laptop is shot so I need a new one. I don't need some kind of high-end gaming laptop since I have a desktop for that, but I do want something durable with enough speed and memory to run and install s*** without a fuss.
Any recommendations on brands I should look at, stores I should buy from, or any other important things I should look into? I know absolutely nothing about laptops.
probably, I can only assume that Ichiro is simply being held back, or maybe he only succumbed to the seattle curse last year and that's why he all of a sudden sucks balls
I invert the Y axis in any game with first-person controls, on consoles or PCs. I don't really know why, I guess I just learned it that way. If I try to play any game with a non-inverted y axis, it is completely disorienting and I always mess up. The only thing I hate is games that don't give you the option to invert it or not, which is becoming an increasing rarity.
Pikachu (Pokemon, Nintendo Power) #2 Phoenix Wright (Ace Attorney, Metal Gear ACE) Frog (Chrono Trigger, Ye Olde Squaresoft) Prince of Persia (Prince of Persia, Game Jumping) Kyle Hyde (Hotel Dusk, Nintendo Power) #15 Kefka Palazzo (Final Fantasy VI, Ye Olde Squaresoft) Rydia of Mist (Final Fantasy IV, Ye Olde Squaresoft) Professor Layton (Professor Layton, Nintendo Power) Sly Cooper (Sly Cooper, Game Jumping) #17 Charizard (Pokemon, Nintendo Power)
It was a great bit of misdirection though - we felt that we had "seen" her at this point, and didn't assume that she would turn out to be something totally f***ing weird. At least, I didn't.
It had always bothered me that Calliope seemed like a troll but didn't seem to quite fit with the rest of the trolls, like there was just no way that she could be one because it messed with the symmetry and there was no way that other trolls could exist. So this answer satisfies that at least.
Man, even if Brave is kind of crappy, I think Pixar is allowed to have a bad movie or two before we say they're officially crap now. They can still be in their golden age.
And hell, I liked Cars 2 even though everyone thought it sucked. The first Cars is still the only "meh" movie that Pixar has made in my opinion.
Well, the nice thing is that it can now be agreed that the Mets have one no-hitter. You can't take both no-hitters away from them. (Although personally I think non-shutout no-hitters are sort of a joke)
Bayleef doesn't belong there at all, basically a total accident, although I liked it enough to vote it over some stuff I didn't like. I like Servine but he's my least favorite of that line and still wound up here somehow. Everything else more or less belongs here.
Flygon is like my third favorite and got eliminated early somehow.
Yeah, I recall at some point that it was Feferi who sort of figured out the whole dream bubble thing and that she was pretty happy with just chilling out in dream bubbles all the time.
I really liked the theory that it was Eridan's hope powers, since after Feferi and Kanaya died and Sollux got knocked out they all wound up better off for it, but after the explanation of Eridan's title literally meaning "destroyer of hope" it doesn't seem to make much sense.
