Stern's question made no sense though since Rome wasn't asking him a loaded question in the fallacious sense of the term.

it's kind of hilarious because rome recognized it but you know that 90% of his audience wouldn't, so not only is stern accusing him of that but rome doesn't even deny it in their eyes

but yeah, NBA is still rigged, all you have to do is watch the games and how they're officiated compared to any other sport, they don't even try to hide it.

Rome's question is worded as a black and white issue, Stern's question is a loaded question implying a pre-existing situation regardless of the response. If Rome had said, "Did you rig the lottery again?" then it would've been a comparable retort to make.
