It seems to me Romney tends to have better options more often than his Republican colleagues. I've seen him multiple times put aside the party line bullshit because it wasn't the right thing.

This is not one of those times and he is wrong.

Did he do this on purpose? The "big guy" seems kind of intentional and certainly means something to the red hats.

Before I started Season 1 I thought there way 0 percent chance she was going to be good. I was 100 percent wrong. She killed it. She was great. My only complaint, and I'm probably an asshole for it, is she is kind of goofy looking. But I think once I got used to seeing her that went away.

It's got a great Final Fantasy type story.

However it's missing some core "final fantasy" and maybe even some basic RPG stuff in my eyes. That said it's still fun and worth a play.

I have a third monitor that I use specifically for netlifx/youtube or something when I don't have to have all my focus on work. They don't care here. It's nice.

I was told that I could listen to the radio at a reasonable volume from nine to eleven, I told bill that if Sandra is going to listen to her headphones while she's filing then I should be able to listen to the radio while I'm collating so I don't see why I should have to turn down the radio because I enjoy listening at a reasonable volume from nine to eleven.

Very rarely. Maybe 2 beers a year.

When I'm in a cycle of cluster headaches alcohol will trigger one almost 100 percent of the time so I just started avoiding drinking alcohol all the time instead of several months here and there.

No way. It may not be as good as some of the earlier ones but it's still a solid Resident Evil game.

Especially compared to stuff like Dead Aim, Umbrella Chronicles (which I had fun with with buddies) or Gaiden.

I loved that album. I saw Muse (probably my favorite band) open for them at Meriweather Post Pavilion in the 2000s.

They came out and played the whole album including the bonus track, went and had a costume change, and then came out and did a few of their hits. It was awesome.

ETA: I found the setlist. it was April 27, 2007. I feel old now.

A couple times a year we head deep into the woods to go to camp. Like it's 30 minutes to the nearest gas station deep in the woods.

Sleeping outside in my hammock is some of the best sleep I have ever had. I only have a basic double ENO right now but I will be looking to change it out before too long. I hate tying knots so for the rainfly I use figure 9 carabiners.

I had a z-pad I used for a while but got tired of it and I switched to an underquilt. I'll either use a fleece blanket or a 20 degree bag depending on the temperature. I have slept outside as low as 24 degrees or so.

There is nothing more relaxing than waking up and it's raining and hearing it hit your rainfly. Even laying in it during a thunderstorm is fun.

I've been trying to but sweat pants that don't have elastic at the ankle and that's getting harder and harder to find in stores. I don't want joggers. I went to a Nike, Adidas, Puma, Under Armour and Champs outlet store the only one that had anything was Champs and they had one color.

As someone who worked at Media Play: You don't want them back. They were expensive. New releases DVD were always the expensive price when you could go to any other store like that and get them for cheaper.

I remember when San Andreas came out and they were trying a "turn in 5 old games and get a new release for free." There wasn't any direction given to us about only accepting "good" games so people would come in and trade 5 copies of an old sports game you could get for 5 bucks and walk out with a new release like San Andreas.

I never got the love for mechanical keyboards. Maybe it's because that was all there was for the longest time so I used them for several years when I was younger. The noise would also be loud enough to keep up my parents in the next room so I always wanted something quiet.

I'm not knocking them for people who like them or anything though.

I would probably guess that's more knowing their audience. I don't go to church and I know after church breakfast/lunch is a thing. They play more church shit on the TVs and it draws in that crowd.

The last three years I have gotten donuts for the office for this holiday. Last year I put a pic of Snoop. I think the year before too. This year I went with James Franco and Seth Rogen. I picked them up today since the office is closed tomorrow. Next year I'll do them on Monday since the day is on a Sunday.

Yeah I'm going to have to replay. I last played when Nuclear Winter came out and there was a couple NPCs but nothing major. I've read a few places that the patch after that one is specifically where it started getting good.

I hate that I have to use the subscription model of Adobe. I work in the office side of construction and my job heavily involves reading blueprints. They all come in PDFs anymore and some of them can get LARGE. I was just messing with one that was 400 MB and I know I've had some that are larger.

Using the free version it is just super slow and crashes a lot going between pages. Like it will take 5-10 seconds for a single page to load sometimes, and this is NOT an issue with my PC. The pay version works way better.

I get cluster headaches. When it's hot and humid out and I'm starting to overheat it will set one off if I am in a cycle. It's why I started hiring people to cut my grass.

When I'm not in a cycle I don't really care as long as at isn't super humid.

If there was a happy medium between the "karma requirements" and nothing of the sort I would go for that. But there isn't or they haven't found one that works yet and if I had to choose between the two now I would take the current system they have a hundred times out of a hundred.

And for a lot of these subs the karma requirement isn't "reddit" rules, it's the rules of the sub. Again I would take a happy medium, but I've seen totally unmoderated subs and they are terrible.

I played a few years ago with a few buddies and enjoyed myself. I had fun building a base and setting up the machines to sell stuff to players. It was a Fallout world but it felt pretty empty. The end game was kind of dumb though and I got bored with the nukes being dropped and farming materials in them.

I was looking this up again and apparently right after I stopped playing a lot of new content was added including NPCs I guess? There were some when I played but not a lot. I guess I would have played in 2019 when the Nuclear Winter update was new. I'm kind of curious to check out all the updates that have come out since.

I just built a new PC a couple months ago to replace my 970 which played the game okay in 1080. No real need to run the benchmark but I'll give it a shot then, I have a 4080 Super and would be running it in 1440.

And maybe I picked a bad topic (abortion) to try to have this discussion about media coverage of two people in a two party political system especially in today's political climate.

I dunno... I'm still kind of processing the whole thought pattern.

ETA: And to be clear I'm not apologizing for Trump or what he's done to this country. He's a gigantic piece of shit. I think Biden is 1000 times better than Trump.

I don't get why an article seems to say "donald trump sucks on abortion, oh and Biden isn't perfect either" is some kind of bad thing?

Is someone not allowed to point out the faults of the two people in a political race? You're allowed to criticize both without it being some fence sitter position.

Isn't the VR Mode in subnautica just a view? Like you can't actually move around or play with the VR controls. My brother had a VR setup and I was so excited to try Subnautica in VR that I bought it for his account and was disappointed I couldn't do anything.

Double Dare was great until GUTS and Legends of the Hidden Temple came around. Not 100 percent sure on the timing but I think I have it right.

Nick Arcade was also awesome as shit but didn't seem to be on anywhere near as much as the others. I think I only remember seeing Nick Arcade pretty early in the mornings. The one game I remember most from it was Chuck Rock.
