Definitely as it is easier to warm up than cool off.
Nah. It's a simple matter of proportion.
Like, for me, I'm comfortable around 70F, and the temp generally ranges between 10F and 100F. So the hottest of the hot is only half as far off from comfortable as the coldest of the cold.
I dunno, maybe some people are comfy at 55, which would be halfway between, but that's hard for me to imagine tbh.
Arguments to the effect of you can put onore clothes but can only take off so much, yadda yadda, just don't make sense to me. It just... doesn't get hot enough for that to be a thing.

If the human body is too hot, it sweats. And it's one of the most effective/efficient cooling systems in the animal kingdom. You can replace the lost water by simply drinking more.Bro, there's these crazy inventions called Fabrics and Fire you may have run across.
If the human body is too cold, it cuts off blood circulation to the extremities and literally sacrifices pieces of itself to keep the major organs slightly warmer for a very limited time.
Give me heat 10000000% of the time with no exceptions. Being cold is miserable. There's no comparison.
