July is when the expansion will officially be released, right?
very nice bro
Can anyone here beat this score at 1080p max?I got 35,000 w/ 4090 + 13900k. I wonder why yours is a whole 20% higher? Unless FFXIV is one of those games that really likes AMD CPUs....

They absolutely destroyed how beautiful my characters were. Oh well, I'll just have to spend another embarrassing long amount of time to make them perfect again.

I heard someone say the DLSS runs worse and looks worse.
I heard someone say the DLSS runs worse and looks worse.Y'know, now that you mention, I feel like I heard that the DLSS in the benchmark wasn't working properly, might rerun it and see.
I got 35,000 w/ 4090 + 13900k. I wonder why yours is a whole 20% higher? Unless FFXIV is one of those games that really likes AMD CPUs....Since I have a 7950x3d which has 8 3d v-cache or whatever cores and 8 regular cores, I am able to switch between the two depending on the game. I did a run with the regular cores and got 36478 which is also almost a 20% difference. So, yeah, v-cache makes a difference for this game and probably most MMOs in general.
Also, CE, you can thank me for error's FFXIV addiction, by the way.
that's nuts if the 3D vcache is enough for that much of a difference - although, outside of benchmarking numbers, i don't really know that it means much in terms of actual performance. if you're running at max settings w/ a solid 60/100/144 frames and stuff already, none of that extra performance is doing anything. It helps a lot with minimum frames in certain CPU heavy games like MMOs
