After paying off my student loans, i made a decision to never go into debt again. The interest rate was absurd and made it take a lot longer than it should have to finally get free.

Technically, I have student debt, but its not real debt. I havent paid a penny towards it in years and Im not planning to ever pay anything towards it again.

But no credit cards. Bought a house for cash so no mortgage. No personal loans.

$7832 CDN in student loans. Only the provincial portion has any interest, though, and it's down to $452 and will be gone in a few months (I pay ~$70/month), so that interest isn't amounting to much. I've also got balances on my credit cards, but that gets cleared out every month.

I've never had any debt and never will. I've only ever had negative debt, i.e. people owe me money. I don't even have a credit card.

So really just whatever I owe on my credit cards until the first of the month when I pay them off.

I haven't been in any real debt in over 5 years when I had a car loan. I have had credit card "debt" but I always paid it off before the payment date so it doesn't really feel like debt in that situation

If we're including the mortgage then about $250K. Without the mortgage about $0 since we pay our credit cards in full each month. Cars are paid off and we finished off student loans during covid.

With a mortgage, about $300K. Without it, about $10k for a debt consolidation loan I did a few years back.

Like $30. I pay off the credit cards every week or so.

How does a mortgage count? I'm building equity.
Besides that, no debt. I'm always ahead on payments whenever i do owe anything. My credit is stellar.

You have the value of the house and also the debt of the mortgage. Eventually that debt will be paid off and will go to $0 but the house will still have value, probably more then it does now

You could be using all kinds of loans to make money. Many incredibly wealthy people do that. It doesnt mean that you dont have debt.

Also, property increases in value regardless of whether or not you used a mortgage to purchase it.

$375 due to some strange account that popped up on my credit report last year. Ive reported it multiple times but it just stays there.

Credit score is low but has gone up over 100pts the last year thanks to the credit builder my apartment complex has.

At about $300 dollars on my credit, and that is technically debt. But I pay for everything with my card and just pay it off every paycheck, so I dont really count it.

Does my mortgage also count? If so, about 100K left.

$60-70k for grad school. But that's about what I'll be making post-grad school (starting!), so not a terrible deal.

I don't think I've ever had any real debt outside of borrowing money from people I know. Do payment plans on insurance policies count?

I put 0, but again, I have a payment plan on my current phone. But because of the deal at the time, ATT is making the payments for me so I don't actually have to pay any of it as long as I use their service for the next two years. Although, it was like 288 dollars so I could easily pay out if I wanted to leave.
