I feel the same way that you do about these two, and yet I also feel that Kermit is on a tier above them and these are the clear 2-3. My list just so I can contribute after saying that: Kermit Hulk Yoda Grinch HM to Luigi for being the most relevant "wearing green" character but Grinch has a much longer history of remaining relevant so he gets the #4 spot. --- Hey man, LlamaGuy did encrypt the passwords.
