For me, some $2 pasta sauce from Prego can be just as good as the fancy homemade stuff that takes 10 hours to make. I have had other people's great stuff from their grandmothers from the old country, and I have made it myself. And now the time and effort put into that stuff is not worth the moderate flavor boost. And sometimes it is not even a flavor boost.

McDonald's is freaking delicious. I don't eat their meat since I don't eat much meat, so this is just about their fries, but they are awesome. While we are on fries, the best fries happen to be at Hooters. Well tie between the two.

Moving on to the delicacies of the rich and the famous, I find them overrated. Lobster, the sea bug, was given to the poor and inmates. Now it is treated like a luxury. And I will say it is good, I am not knocking it. But you can make some white fish taste just like it if it is cooked right. Then things like escargot and caviar take away their status, and offering a date snails and raw fish eggs cut out of the womb of the fish's mother would get you slapped rather than a thank you. Real talk, the entire process of preparing veal and foie gras is sickening to me.

I'd rather have a no name Philly cheesesteak dripping in grease than the highest quality cut of steak you could find.

McDonalds is genuinely good in Australia.

I agree with all points except the lobster

I think pizza toppings are awful. All of them. They ruin the point of the pizza. How the fuck am I supposed to know if you pizza is actually good if it is just covered with all this shit? It is all strong fucking flavors too. It is never subtle shit. Yeah heavy greasy meats and shit like ONIONS real subtle. Gimme a plain ass cheese pizza so I can taste your pizza without you hiding behind your cowardly meat curtains

Cheese is my favorite pizza too, but if theres leftover pizza around it doesnt bother me too much what toppings it has.

If you're lucky and get a freshly cooked batch, they can be very good. If they've been sitting out and gone all anaemic and soft, they are disgusting.

Mcdonalds fries are probably shit compare to 20 years ago. Also, they are the worst when reheated. But DAMN they were the best.

Arbys has been buddies with the microwave business for the last 20 years plus. If you are like me, you still cook your food in the original wrapper.

Someone I used to work with gave me a tip for reheating fries. Dont use the microwave, use cooking oil and do it in a proper oven. I still prefer to just eat them while theyre still fresh though.

This going to sound horrible. But last week I ordered fries from McDonald's and at the in the parking lot.

Dill pickles don't belong in burgers or hot sandwiches.

Sounds good, but fast food is fast for a reason. Even shit fries are still fries. Especially if you are hangry/hungover hungry. I can literally tell you good hangover foods on the rush.

Also, don't eat a roast cold if you eat fast.

*This one is more a weird quirk, but I can't have chocolate without some milk handy. Chocolate is very rich and makes me thirsty so I need to have something, but milk complements it way better than water, coke, juice etc

A good grilled pork chop beats a steal anday I think we think so highly of steak cause it's expensive and therefore don't eat it as often

I eat out at nice steak places at least once a week and still think its awesome.

I like how that's the one you addressed haha. The other 2 have always had my friends calling me a weirdo since high school (with love ofc)

Mushrooms and garlic are disgusting
Chicken, pork and turkey are useless protein
Ice cream and any other cold dessert is gross

I can't speak on the other too cause I ain't tried it.

Most of the time (aside from maybe blueberries/raspberries/blackberries) adding fruit to desserts just makes them worse

Actually milk is my preferred drink, period. I have water for hydration purposes and use cola for mixing with alcohol, but when I want to wash down a meal, milk is where its at.

Even a savoury meal? For sweet I definitely agree. Or if you're just thirsty and not hungry.

For something such as a steak, a nice juice or cola seems so much more fitting

I dont have a lot of variety to my diet to begin with really. I dont really care for juice and cola isnt something I particularly enjoy, its just a means to an end to make the taste of vodka bearable.

I hate the taste of milk.
I dislike the taste of coke, and don't like carbonated drinks in general.
I don't like potato unless it's in a very crispy form.

I like eating chocolate with crisps (chips if you are in the US).

Biscoff is disgusting
Ketchup is disgusting
Most take out is disgusting

I prefer Medium Well or Well Done Steak offer Medium Rare

Where in Europe are you thinking of? Ive been plenty of places in Europe where its not good. Its also not good anywhere Ive had it in Asia.

Pork chops are gross
Black licorice is great
Vegetables in general suck raw, and are much better cooked

Pork is gross.
Steak is mediocre at best
Clams are top tier food.

Can't stand shrimp, lobsters, crawfish, and crabs, like I can't stand insects. Gross, and even grosser eating them. They're basically giant sea insects.

My brother drinks milk with ice cream.

I don't like ice cream (coldness hurts also messy)

I don't like cakes and pies that much (not exciting for me)

I don't like milk (lactose intolerant)

I prefer iced coffee over hot coffee. The latter makes me feel a lil sleepy sometimes and I don't get that with cold coffee tbh

I prefer chicken nuggets over most other fastfood items tbh. Taste better and it is also not messy.

I don't like syrup. I hate getting it on my hands and clothes. It's like hard mode difficulty for me to keep clean. Super messy
