This is specifically referring to using "female" as a noun, or atleast in similar, dehumanizing context, because the incel way is to say "That female/the females" etc. and so on.

An incel would use "female" before "gal". "Guys and gals" is absolutely a normal thing in informal situations when talking to a crowd. "Bird" is just antiquated and doesn't really see any use outside of the UK. Doesn't change that it is the direct parallel to bloke.

Your point is bad, thus the issue. There are dramatically more slang terms for women in part because there is a parallel for all of the ones given to men + all of the misogynistic ones that only have a single-gender version.
