The funny thing is i think it's her. She has engaged heavily in both conversations lol.

Stood out to me earlier when he said as scum I try to suck up to/pocket friends and I vote/sus scummates then pull off or something like that. Theres a decent chance ulti has rolled scum twice in a row and his post I paraphrased is him acknowledging that he has to change up his style because he just had a deep run as scum and he is feeling hesitant this game because he cant play the same way.

I've caught scum Death enough times on day 1 that he fears me. Death taking a more neutral and level approach to reading me suggests a more relaxed feeling. As scum, Death is more likely to downplay my actions to create distance from me, and nudge his team towards shooting me tonight.

Let me be clear. I have at least two traits. One of my traits clearly states it's purpose in game, my "role" as Crescent would like to simplify it to. The other COULD just be flavor, or it could have an impact on the game, but doesn't tell me explicitly. This is part of why I asked if Red was actually just an XY Miller, or something like a Misunderstood YZ. To see if he had a non-explicit trait that he was inferring how he scans based off of it. Again, it is very possible that he could be something like Misunderstood Vanilla

Maybe I'm wrong, but my assumption after reading OP has been that our "roles" (if you want to call them that, but why would you because we don't have roles we have traits) would take the form of:

Solo queue [blank]
or
Solo queue [blanking] [blank]
or
Solo queue [blanking] [blankety] [blank]

So if red has claimed to literally be given a role of "miller" rather than having a trait that made him functionally a miller I would believe he was lying. Which is what I thought you were going for but apparently not, lol.

By crescent's own admission she has a trait that corresponds with her action but it's 'renamed' from what would normally be expected of it's mafia role counterpart. So I would be surprised if anyone is called a "vanilla" anything even if they have 1-3 traits that don't provide any abilities. Unless Isquen was being cheeky and one of our characters has a 'vanilla personality' or something.

I'm really not trying to focus on trait meta though, I was just trying to make sure this game's functions were being understood correctly as they seemed to be described by the host.

Ever since we were masons together my ability to read you has been among the best of anyone in this community. You learn a lot about someone's natural habits when you're mason with them until day 5.

All I've seen out of you on this page is grasping for suspects that aren't Wall.

I wouldnt call them irrelevant, but I understand being tired about talking about them.

And if you ask me, the people who did not say anything about the conversation stand out more.

The reason I only gave it a "probably" is it's specifically based on how he acted towards me. Death admits he fears me when he is scum. Scum Death is more likely to make me a one off comment and hope I don't notice him at all.

But yes I will say the longer Ulti's vote stats on FD the odder it gets. Randomly throwing that vote slightly townleans (unless Dumey is some major scum power again which does suggest it was just for show), but leaving the vote on for so long slightly scumleans.

Nah the timing of ulti's vote was just awful.

You don't put pressure on the person who hasn't checked in after less than 24 hours. You put pressure on the person who HAS checked in but hasn't really said anything. What is the vote going to do to someone who hasn't even seen it?

If it came from almost anyone other than Ulti I'd agree, but Ulti gets bored easily. I do not like how long that vote has been there doing nothing, though.

I am annoyed with outside forces as well but like someone read both of these "irrelevant topics" again and tell me how she's town please.

I've seen her town game and this isn't it like I said I hold her in such a high regard as town she's one of the best. This is so unlike her town game red flags flying to me. My problem that caused me to get like 10th In champs was I was to timid when throwing out my accusations. Maybe I'm going to much the opposite way now or something but I'm very confident in this.

On a side bar, Sultan scum would mean Ben is fairly more likely to be town that I just totally jumped the gun on. I don't think Ben/Sultan interactions were scum/scum.

Not to just be a contrarion, but I feel like this kind of Sultan is more reminiscent of the older Sultan games that used to get himself accidentally town cleared D1 every game. The past several games people have been trying to pin down why Sultan felt different and wasn't so easy to read like he used to be. But Sultan just going off on his own path and chasing after arguments the way he is this game kind of feels like that old Sultan to me.

I'm not pretending to be a Sultan whisperer though and make a real judgement call here. I just don't necessarily see scum Sultan like the others talking are. I'd go out on a limb and even say I lean town on Sultan atm.

Maybe it's because he's going after Crescent though which I'm currently trying to tangle with in my head. I'm definitely frustrated with Crescent, but can't piece together whether I think she's town or scum. My intuition tells me the only time I've seen her be so sour was when she rolled scum and wasn't happy about the game she was in. But I also think my experiences with a more pleasant Crescent was when she wasn't under any fire and free to be as aggressive as she wanted with no pushback. So it could just be the environment making her sour.

Ulti is very quick to tell you what ulti is or isn't. He called himself town 80 times last game during the first few days and then all but called himself scum 80 times on the final day. They were interesting bookends to be sure, but I'm not a fan of his assurances about himself.
