So...much....dialogue! I love it but man it makes trying for an early morning sesh hard lol.

Anyway, my dragon wings are gone and I'm full Angel now. Seems Iomedae was a little jealous. Oh yeah, her entrance was quite epic.

Choosing between Lann and Daeran made me feel like Archie choosing between Betty and Veronica. Normally, I'm a Betty guy, but I went with the Veronica in this situation. Sorry, Lann, I'm officially comitted to my jerk aasimar husband now. Whiiiich is gonna make his companion quest really awkward now. How do I trick him with Liotr without making him mad and ruining the mood? >_>

Hooray, I got Drezen back...and I gotta build it up all over again. Stupid queen. I hope vultures are cleaning her bones! ....okay, not really, watching her admit she was wrong and acknowledge me as the true leader of this crusade would be way more satisfying.

Feels good to be crusading again.

But I miss my doomstacks. sigh.

At least I got my general back.

That specific fight is a contender for the worst in the game.

I have no idea if Reggie and I are friends.

I guess it's the Ron Swanson school of friendship. Silent professionalism and no hanging out at the bar after.

Still what he did...try to institute a no confidence vote among the Hellknights, Hellknights said "nah bro we trust her", attempted trial by combat, I told him to piss off, got stripped of his rank and then revealed it was all intentional to get the Hellknights united in their support of me.

Like wow.

Ember is just like the most precious thing.

I like how Nocty said "as if!" to her like a teenage girl.

I will never be cruel to Ember. Not even in my evilest playthrough.

I did the Evil version of her questline exactly once, sat there in disbelief and agony for a few minutes, then immediately reloaded and fixed it.

That was the only time I changed the difficulty level of the game. I immediately turned it back up afterwards, but fuck that fight.

Man, I felt so bad tricking Daeran into Liotr's trap. Yeah, it was to get the Other out of his head but he didn't know that. I had to lie and tell him we were nothing and he was a sad puppy. It'd be hard to believe if the romance continues after that, because manipulating feelings like that is not cool. >_> But I still have relationship dialog with him after lol

Well I completed the Daeran romance and that was some sweet dialog. I hope we get a happy ending. Finished Lann's questline and with that all the companion stuff is wrapped up, now to return to the plot. I still have some choice words for Queenie when I find her!

He went back to HQ and the Tribunal ruled Daeran was safe with me. Then he came back and joined the crusade.

I'm sure there will still be some awkward looks between them when they pass by each other in the cafeteria.

That's pretty much the best outcome for Daeran. Otherwise if you kill Liotr in his ending slide Daeran gets a taste for blood.

Seems trying to do the right thing was the worst outcome tho. Saying father and daughter should talk because "family is family" normally doesn't end with the father and daughter killing each other. >_>

What are the other outcomes?

I don't recall offhand but I'm pretty sure you either kill one of them or the cycle continues.

Trickster has an alternate but it's kind of messed up.

Create a little ghost girl that answers to his daughter's name and make him think it's his.

The place you go to meet the Queen has a few things but it depends on what you did with Areelu's book before hitting the Abyss.

Like, straight up there is no point in doing it yourself.

I'm surprised you are redoing stuff at this point considering the somewhat monolithic amount of other things you've made a bit of a goof of.

Though you might want to look into a guide on Nenio's final bit. That one... is a bit rough. You might try it without a guide, unlike most of the things in the game there is only one missable/screw-upable bit at the very end (and that is generally pretty obvious if you've been doing the other things for the true ending.... of which is already locked off to you), but it is pretty brutal at bits.

That dungeon is probably the only thing aside from the secret ending that I haven't done in this game. I went through it on my first playthrough but I restarted that late into my first run. But if you do it, assuming you got all the necessary masks, 100% use a guide since there's a lot of puzzles, which imo are the least enjoyable part of this game.

Yeah, I gave her the book. What happens if I had not? I liked the talk between me and the queen, cooled my temper a bit and I forgave her because well, I'm super angel Jesus so I might as well.

I've noticed several, and based on some other things you've mentioned I can assume that you've had other bits that you've goofed on as well. For instance, you likely don't know the use for the Midnight Bolts as otherwise you would have mentioned them. Both for using them and for collecting them (odds are pretty high that you've collected several, but it is unlikely that you've gotten them all).

If you use them against demon lords you get a crystal which are required for the secret ending. The purple knife from the beginning also counts.

Yes. There are some notes that you read in a certain person's lab that will tell you all about them and their uses.

And it's less about the number and more about the implications for their death. Them dying means you have several steps wrong for the true ending.

Completed my mythic transformation. Gave an awesome speech, and truly have Iomedae's and the queen's blessing now. All that's left is to close this Worldwound for good at Threshold.

Greybor wants to have a secret meeting with him alone. A secret meeting with an assassin, just the two of us. What could possibly go wrong?

I guess the Greybor mission is where he would have betrayed me if I wasn't "nice" to him. That would have sucked. But now it seems we're actually friends. Convinced him to go find his daughter after we win the war.

These are all the missions I have left. Do I need to to complete all of them, like will it affect the ending? (Not doing Nenio's crap either way). Or can I go straight to endgame? I kinda want to be done. Not because I don't enjoy it (I love this game, like a lot) I'm just excited to try out new builds and mythic paths lol.

If you follow a guide Nenio's isn't that bad. Or if you are using the toybox mod you can just give yourself the stuff you need for the puzzles.

The sword of Valor one is tied to the secret ending so you don't need to worry about it. I don't think any of the last quests, except Nenio's, are going to have any effects on the ending. And yes bolt of justice is strong, oracle angel is immensely strong due to having earlier access to angel spells and the ability to extend the buffs to 24 hours. 24 hour sun form means most enemies can't even damage you. Also since you're an angel you get a special boss fight at the end.

Sometimes I wonder if I shouldn't have started as Angel. It ended up so OP that I worry other mythic paths will feel lesser.

Been listening to some of the other mythic paths themes. Why does the Demon theme sounding like something out of Doom feel so approriate
