Especially as an Angel.I've noticed several, and based on some other things you've mentioned I can assume that you've had other bits that you've goofed on as well. For instance, you likely don't know the use for the Midnight Bolts as otherwise you would have mentioned them. Both for using them and for collecting them (odds are pretty high that you've collected several, but it is unlikely that you've gotten them all). Beyond the secret ending there are a lot of times where people needlessly died that I would argue that an angel would have totally RP'd the way that saves them. Though it is definitely true that the Inheritor is a step above some random mook in terms of who you would work on saving. --- "A shouted order to do something of dubious morality with an unpredictable outcome?
