Not many have taken this fighter very seriously. For a long time, they were perceived as a joke and a waste. But they eventually achieved notoriety. For such a seemingly weak fighter, all it takes is a prime opportunity to completely shut down an opponent. Air superiority and hard predictions is the name of the game here.

Preventing fighters from recovering out of the abyss is one of your specialties, and theres one opponent off the stage right now. You can accomplish this in many ways, but feeling particularly flashy, you decide to opt for a very risky maneuver. But its okay, as you can usually make it back if you miss.

And right on! You hit your opponent perfectly with your technique. Now its time to recover, right? Right? Uh oh.

Your species is also gifted with a potent singing voice, though your audience oftentimes doesnt appreciate it. Eagerly wanting to share your songs with the entire world, you enter the fields of battle.

They say the best way to learn of someones inner thoughts is to look at their dreams. Fortunately for you, putting people to sleep is your specialty.

ACTION: Investigate - Each night, you may select one player. At the end of the night phase, you will be informed whether that player belongs to the BLUE TEAM (Town) or RED TEAM (Mafia).

Unlike most martial artists, this fighter doesnt have the acute sense to automatically turn around in a one-on-one duel. But this battle is not a simple duel, so thats a moot point. What they do have, however, is the ability to attack both in front and behind them in quick succession, with plenty of range to spare. Many would be hard-pressed to beat this fighter at controlling the horizontal space around them.

But the air is a completely different story. Theres only so much you can do to defend against strikes from above, and your opponents have figured this out. Seeing that the end is nigh, you prepare a last-ditch effort. You lay down your arms and instead begin distributing flyers to everyone around you. The flyer reads:

Ramen enthusiast extraordinaire, you are a martial artist gifted with the power of ARMS. Training and honing your skills, you hope to promote your familys ramen shop, the Mintendo Noodle House, by winning the ARMS championship. Seeking some new sparring partners (and hopefully new customers), you enter the fields of battle.

Youve got reflective kicks and extendable fists, but nothing beats out a good shield. Well, most things cant beat a shield. While you could use it to protect yourself, why not protect your allies instead? Just be careful, as using your shield slowly depletes it.

ACTION: Limited Protect - During the night phase, you may choose to protect a target with your shield. Any normal kills directed toward that target will be blocked for the duration of the night phase.

However, your shield needs time to regenerate, so you cannot successfully use this action two nights in a row. If your action successfully goes through, whether or not you block a kill, you must wait at least one night before using this action again.

I remember this and I was SBell's scumbud who had just roleblocked you, chang, so we fully knew it was a bluff lol.

I was thinking this because Wallz was the only person to have partially claimed anything yesterday making him a likely rb target so I don't think not falling for the bluff means much. Wallz is probably still town though.

I may have spent too much time reading the game over and ran myself in too many circles.

I found reasons to shoot Lea and red. I found reasons not to shoot them too. I took a lot into consideration.

Then I shot death. Because I couldn't find a reason to feel good about him and his day 1 insistence of returning to marth was a swaying factor even though he was part of the joyrock lynch.

I'm not doing a good job reading this game and I'm sorry death.

He probably scanned me unless he showed paranoia towards me day 2 and also he doesn't usually give me benefit of the doubt

Also he would have had more problems with plum

I agree with this. If anyone wants to present a case for Lea not being scum, now would be a good time. But Ill be surprised if my vote goes elsewhere.

Agree with Chang that we should iso ctes and see if he hints at his scan. What are the odds of scum picking ctes (who was having a good game but not standing out or claiming power) of all players to investigate his role n1? Seems more likely ctes dropped a hint and scum picked up on it and targeted him for it, imo.

there's still a slight possibly of wallz scum, lea town and they actually roleblocked death or ctes and wallz's faking it

i don't want to fully discount that yet

leaning joyrock rn after the wallz post. nothing he has said thus far has given me a lot of faith or confidence that he will be helpful in solving the game later nor has he given much reason to suggest he's any more likely to be town than random chance
