Question for the mod: What other new rules is Fandom forcing upon us? Apparently they don't have a problem with discussing religious beliefs, since the Religion board hasn't been shut down. Which kinda surprises me. Any additional/new/stricter rules on discussing sex/sexuality?

Dude, that place was definitely an echo chamber. The people who like the fact that it was an echo chamber are understandably going to deny that it was of course.

And others practically lived there. It's a board that always had a bad, established history, was never consistently moderated well, and just never brought anything of value to the site.

Which just shows how the people mad about it are having problems coping.

Also, I like how politics related topics are popping up more on CE.

Yeah, basically. As the TC said, Fandom's policy prohibits boards dedicated specifically to partisan politics. Yeah, it's stupid.

You're gonna have to narrow that list down. Saying somebody literally just trolled the Politics board is like saying somebody posted about Zelda on the Tears of the Kingdom board.

Trolling and shitposting is all that ever went in 95% of the activity that went down on that board.

It seems it is going to be based off how much time it takes for the mods to do their jobs. If the moderation "reports" start going up and mirror what 261 was...I think it closes.

No rules have changed, all that's happened is 261 was closed. I have no idea what they have planned for the future, if I were given info on such things I definitely wouldn't be at liberty to reveal it before they do lol

Well OP here for one immediately went to blaming a rightwing mod for doing it even though shutting down entire boards is obviously above a mod's level of power. And I don't know what's going on with Unfair's leanings or whatever, but saying that only 4 mods on the site are not right wing and calling Error of all fucking people right wing is utterly hysterical.

The solution was to delete the containment board while all the accounts were still in it so that they go down with it

I always noticed that people who said this were the same ones always getting banned for making racist, anti-Semitic, homophobic, and/or transphobic posts. Then those people went on to make the MAGA board, supposedly as a haven away from us meanies who bully them by not accepting their calls for discrimination and genocide.

And whaddya know, that board got shut down because on Jan 6, they were calling for democracy to be replaced with a dictatorship, for the vice president to be murdered, and also for democratic senators and representatives to be murdered.
