The smartphone anime has a second season and somehow 2 other shows were higher priority cuts for the poll.

The seasonal chart tricked me into thinking there was a new season of Ranking of Kings coming out, I will not forgive it.

Shouldn't have made me forget about the show entirely by starting S2 with a cut up movie adaptation.

I watched Birdie Wing recently and liked it so I guess that. I'll watch Gundam and Ancient Magus Bride too though. It's a really stacked season.

Just as a pro-tip, they released a three episode OVA that takes place between the two seasons. I assume it should be watched first.

Found a show called Dimension W. It doesn't have the greatest writing, but I love the cyberpunk meets bounty hunting setup. I'm getting Cop Craft vibes from this: a show not perfect, but enjoyable. I'll see where this goes.

I'm sure people are tired of hearing about it and me threatening to drop it, but I've hit my last straw with JJK. At this point, I don't think I even want to watch the next season of the anime even though that part is fantastic. I think I'm just out before I completely start hating it.

I think the author is using the current body possession to give Megumi a power boost. Because he's pretty much useless otherwise. Wasn't Itadori a regular human and just recent chapters he's still got powers eve after Sukuna jumped bodies? The rules for powerscaling is all over the place.

I think so. I rememeber posting that rumor here when it was first going around, and was told it was never gonna happen lol. At this point it feels like he's trying to end it even faster than was rumored.

On a much brighter side, totally dropping JJK made me search around and I finally decided to start Kaiju No 8. 2 volumes in, and yeah, this is QUALITY content. Hopefully it keeps it up.

I will be watching, but I have a real problem with the core conceit. Platinum does not oxidize in air or water and is resistant to most acids. They should really just be able to find some by scavenging in major cities. If you've ever had your catalytic converter stolen you would know the reason why is largely Platinum, and there are 3 million cars in Tokyo. Sure, they would have no other use whatsoever, but that seems like a totally viable way to get what they would need, though I guess that wouldn't be as fun. :p

New Shaman King anime incoming.

I'm a sucker for these cyberpunk setups (Darker Than Black, Solty Rei, etc.) and this was another that held up well. It has some cool characters, and I think the last few episodes made up for some iffy first few.

Don't know why but for some reason I think you would really like Read or Die, both the movie and the show.

I loved the movie. I forget if CR has the series.

Was about to watch Ice Queendom, but found out Shaft is doing a big pass on it for the Bluray release, and Shaft tends to actually pump their home video releases up pretty well. Guess I'll wait!

All the new stuff is a big pile of meh. The only good parts of the show are the redone content (all three episodes of it) and the visuals/fight scenes). The new story is a lame flame out of potential.

Voice actor trivia for Queendom: Practically anyone who is a main cast VA reprised their roles in the English version. Christopher Wehkamp (main character in Yamato, Edgeworth in Ace Attorney, etc) is Roman Torchwick in this. They originally wanted Billy Kametz for that, but uh...that didn't happen obviously. FML; he would have been good.

A year late to the party, but My Dress-Up Darling looks pretty awesome already. Kitagawa just pops off the screen, and the premise is pretty unique. The ED was catchy too.

Yup. Two chapters in is way too early to say this, but if it stays roughly this strong it'll give SBR a great run for its money.

I mean in the past no, but the best dads in Dragon Ball are former villains aside from Gohan basically. Its kinda funny in that regard. Dudes who wanted to rule earth/the universe ending up better dads than the other characters

This month in Boruto: A boy with no family, PUNISHED BORUTO is born

Skimmed through the anime chart for next season and Heavenly Delusion looks very promising to me. Will also watch Ancient Magus Bride Season 2 and might give Ao no Orchestra a try. Kind of wish there was more I was interested in so I'll probably check out other things if lots of people say they're good.
