my natural state is like... one and a half probably

like one day Ill do a breakfast and a late dinner, another Ill just do a early dinner

pre-pandemic, I didnt really keep food in my apartment, so most times I ate I would have to walk somewhere and get something. kept me svelte.

Usually 2. Very rarely 3.

I typically either have something as I arrive at work or at around 12 ish. Then I'll have something when I get home in the evening. I may snack a little in between but not much.

This is what I'm trying to do, but I sometimes have three meals. It's usually breakfast and mid-afternoon, to properly energize my body.

My weight has been up and down for the past year but I'm trying to get it back down. That takes time.

Two, usually a smallish lunch and a larger dinner. A small healthy snack in the morning and one less healthy at night sometimes as well if hungry but usually not.

I feel like I could definitely take this down to one, with no big deal considering my current set up is to do an instant oatmeal for breakfast and a regular meal at 4

kind of feel like a chump for being overweight for most of my life and eating three meals a day.

I work out 5 out of 7 days. Usually heavy weight lifting with one day dedicated to cardio and core. I only eat one meal a day(dinner).

Granted I am cutting right now, so that might change when I decide to bulk up over the winter, but I'm just not hungry during the day, and I'm not going to force it if I don't have to. And honestly, working out suppresses my appetite it doesn't enhance it. I can get by during the day eating some nuts and drinking a shitton of water.

See I'm the opposite. I am always amazed by people who can eat so regularly. My wife says I'm weird because I only eat when I'm hungry as I don't really get enjoyment from food and she says that I should. Like obviously there's flavors I like but it's a real struggle to force myself to eat if I'm not hungry so I basically never have desserts which is seems most people can eat regardless of hunger level because they enjoy it.
