This post stuck out to me a lot during my reread. One of my first instincts after seeing the flip was to want to murder everyone on the Han lynch, but I am certain that at least some Scum were either on Ben or just didn't vote one of the main lynches. We obviously need to deal with some of the crap that happened at EoD first, but I do not want to get stuck on Ulti/Plum or something all day.

I'll start with one little snippet from my wall: I think that if theres a Plum/Red scum pairing, Tidus is probably also Scum based on his EoD actions. Lea and Ben both look even better if this is the case. I think this scenario probably leaves us with something like a Plum/Red/BCT/Tidus team, in which case I can understand why Red would spend as little time as possible playing.

Also yeah, I didn't properly look at the flips but Mayor and especially Lie Detector are ridiculously powerful roles to lose. Basically a one-shot omniscient scanner.

no Han is not a sbell whisper. I don't think anyway. regardless of my alignment, I think Han was putting out a "I'm town" message this game. if I'm scum it doesn't matter, I'd already know. but if I'm town then I won't waste my time which he knows I'll do.

neither here nor there since he's dead and I was completely absent day 1.

I honestly don't understand what I was doing. It was a quick reaction to what was going on and I didn't have time to think it through. That was most likely scum hoping I would have such a reaction.

I was reading up this afternoon while on the beach and when I got to your post telling me to vote I was like, "oops".

I wish I had. not sure I think plum was necessarily the right lynch, but Han was Def no better. not happy with that one.

Aight, first off, I'm sorry for my shortsightedness leading to a Doctor lynch. In my defense, Han shouldn't have been fucking around and voting Ben so close to the end of the day.

I voted for Han because I saw Sheep unvote and, remembering that he had originally voted Plum, I had thought Ben was in the lead again and would have been lynched. Sultan's votals said otherwise (since I forgot Han unvoted Ben and switched to me instead), but in the heat of the moment, I hard panicked because I thought Ben was a really, really stupid lynch to go for and would've been a senseless Town death. Blinded by my own paranoia and seeing Ulti was advocating for Han's lynch, I went for it thinking that the votes on Plum were going to stagnate and Ben would be lynched otherwise.

In hindsight, the smarter option would've been to stay calm and stick with Plum. But I switched votes out of panic for Ben getting lynched. Doesn't feel good being the reason the Doctor died, but I have to ask...

Ulti, why did you attempt to unvote Han at the last minute?

Sheep, why did you unvote Plum just to vote for him again?
(That last question is more out of frustration because it's what made me panic and think Ben was going to get lynched.)

I literally figured it out one second too late, and frankly Plum should have died anyway but I'll save that for postgame. The short of it is that hosting job was a disgrace and I had to be talked out of replacing. I cannot be held accountable for that lynch when there is documentation I tried getting off of it, plus a lack of rules in T1P1 about when the day actually ends if the host is afk means the day should have been a tie or a Plum death.

However, if I have to pay penance for it I'll accept that. Town will lose a pretty good role, but my flip should help you guys can move on to killing actual scum.

Ulti - started the damn lynch and tried to unvote at the very last second... even though he could've just voted Plum
BCT - claimed he had no idea what was going on. Given the shitstorm that was EoD, I can buy this
Kirby - panicked and thought Ben would've been lynched, so switched votes to Han in a bid to move the lynch away from Ben
Plum - obviously doesn't want to die

It means Kirby is consistent, but I've consistently protected town before as scum to win town points.

If you are town then the lynch was between 3 town so Kirbys actions are back to being scummy because he killed the best player

If you are scum kirbys actions were scummy because he protected you.
