And... I have to agree. That does seem a bit strange, especially since Plum hesitate to counter your claim.

This version of Hider feels a lot more like Commuter than Hider tbh. But maybe I'm just used to the only variant I saw back in my old community.

Does the B8 version of Hider die if the person they hide behind bites the bullet instead? E.g., let's say Plum hides behind me. Scum target me. I'm definitely dead, but does Plum die, too?

I don't think I saw anything particularly offensive with chang's signoff. Yeah, leaving the vote on Plum and saying "town will figure it out" can seem scummy, but, like, what's our other option?

Everyone was talking about Plum being obvscum, so like... who's the second-best choice? I can't say I blame changmas in this situation, really.

Right, I figured it was something like that. Lynching them wouldn't really tell us much (I'm personally also of the opinion new players should be given a chance to do something instead of dying right away).

Red isn't invested, no. I know he foolishly disrespects me, but I also don't think he's quite foolish enough to think I wouldn't pop off on him, so...

I am conflicted about Ulti

On one hand he does have a certain vividness to his posts that makes him sound very invested in whats going on.
His mathematical nonsense and vibechecks are also the same if I compare him to past Ulti.

On the other hand he is largely reactive instead of active (which he felt moreso in StarwarsPokemon Mafia). His biggest selfmade contribution was pushing Mzero and that wasnt worth anything.

Still dont think its enough to warrant a lynch though...

Honestly Red thinking the same thing about Ben that I did at the start is the only thing that makes me feel anything about Red.
But its a good feeling at least.

In Red's defense, he and I were going back and forth about Lea's claim. He said my logic doesn't track and... well, maybe there's some truth to that. I just saw his vote as a "this dude is just spitting out BS" sort of deal. I don't think he's posted since my response to him, though.

I'd like to hear more from Red before lynching him. I guess the timing for today is unfortunate since it's Father's Day. It just doesn't sit well with me to lynch someone before they can defend themselves.

Though I'm surprised Lea hasn't been brought up as a lynch candidate. If people take issue with Plum and Lea's roles coexisting, that means one of them is likely lying, right? Personally, I think Plum would be the likely liar here, but I don't think we'd lose much if the claimed Invisible gets lynched, so that might be the safer play. And I'm surprised no one has brought that up.

I'm pretty sure Ulti's Town. Did a quick ISO of him.

I like the start of his game, as I mentioned earlier. The MZero vote was something I was strongly considering opening with and it's neat he reflected that, and I think he unvoted at a reasonable point too, because MZero felt like obvtown pretty much as soon as I caught up to the game. I think his Lea/Ben thinking is very accurate too, and mirrored my thoughts at the time. I think pretty much every post he made was reasonable and he's been fairly active, none of the "see you D2" crap. Nothing overly defensive, incredibly aggressive, or slimy-feeling, at least not that I noticed. It's rare I townlean Ulti at all D1, but I'm left with a pretty solid townread on him.

I didn't like the sign-off because it was leaving a vote on a claimed power, then leaving. If a Scum has a vote on someone, and before end of day, that person claims power, Scum will intentionally afk out the end of day if the person in question is still a lynch candidate.

Chang is afking out the end of day with his vote on claimed power.

I still think Plum has a chance of being scum.
But I am also a coward when it comes to powerclaims that are both confirmable and can help find scum.

That said I haven't found any other lynchtargets so far either.

I landed on Red Ulti and you because you were three were talked about and because I didnt really have a strong read on any of you. (Probably on you the most, but that's largely a collection of minor oddities, less a strong overall picture)

Its simplistic logic perhaps. But that was my first reaction.

Sheep was only leaning Town and not fully into the higher tier because I wasn't quite feeling like his posts were fully from a Town perspective. I sort of want to test that by going hard against Sheep now.

Man, I kinda wish Death had answered that because that's a bit tamer than I was hoping. I'm treading into wifom territory here, but Chang, in my experience (and the Chart's!), kinda just doesn't give a fuck what he looks like D1. He didn't piss about and just said what he wanted to say despite it looking dodgy. That lines up well with what I expect of him as Town.

Post 1 voting MZero for being Scum in a bunch of past games is nothing.
Ulti voting DYL when Ulti is specifically championing not going after returning players is nothing.
Ulti hopping on the person I point at is nothing.

None of what he has done is Town-indicative.

I dont think I mentioned much out loud besides the fact that I dont think Lea is scum, and that's not really a read so much as a theory based on her claim.

I do believe Han has a very good chance of being town though
He's taken charge, is vocal and doesn't seem as selfish as he did in the Kingmaker mafia.

I also liked BCT's contributions, Mzero posting at all, and IGCD for being so outspoken.
And Tidus is just adorable.
Leaning town on them too.

Death's first reaction being the complete opposite to mine is his scumtell, by the way. I think Plum is scum but a Death train would also be acceptable if nobody wants to risk it.

Agreed on most of these, although I find the BCT choice a bit odd.

I'm really not sure how to feel about Han, because I honestly kinda suck at reading him. I think I picked up from Kingmaker while observing that he's a little reluctant to bus until necessary? Which makes me doubt that Plum/Han is Scum/Scum.
