IGCD claimed 9 actions each night.

Red running a scum gambit where Panthera never actually poisoned him at all remains possible (and would drop both back down to 10 pre-indy) but ridiculously unlikely.

The only other option is one of our power claims lied and only acted night 1, not night 2.

Barring the insane being scum scenario we may be back in the pre-Chris retraction scenario that IGCD being town clears all non-power claims.

Even if Chang is lying about being RBed and scum never used their RB night 2, it just makes that chasm even bigger, so that tinfoil makes no sense.

What other scenarios do we have?

A power that specifically acted only night 1, and did not act night 2.
Scum not actually committing 4 actions night 1, which would mean they either inexplicably never RBed, or Panthera never poisoned Red. We KNOW the vote freeze was used.

Those are the two scenarios I have right now if IGCD is town.
