They're easy to cook tbh. I mean it seems like it anyways. You get a nice sear and season em and it's like heavens shell bugs in your mouth.

I love scallops, snow crab is probably my favorite overall though. Probably half of my meat intake, if not more is fish and seafood, it's good for you and you can cook it a lot of ways. Apparently on tik tok or some dumb shit kids are dipping chicken in Nyquil, cooking it and eating it. I'd do this with chiba, not Nyquil.

The best thing ever that isn't lasagna is baked spaghetti. Tons of good sauce and cheese but then you put it in a pan and bake cheese on top of it?

I wish I wasn't so lazy and impatient or I'd do that a lot more.

I add Tabasco to pretty much everything these days. Especially pasta stuff.
Also I used to eat parmesan right outta the bag. Used my big boy spoon for it.
