unless shes going for shiny legendaries cant you make it a lot more likely to get normal shinies with some in-game tool

there's PokeRadar chaining which is kinda frustrating in BDSP due to the random chance of chains breaking for no reason, but if you chain up to 40 the shiny rate jumps to 1/99, and 3 guaranteed max IVs

but for simple consistency there's the Masuda Method, breeding with a foreign pokemon increases shiny rates 6x (8x with Shiny Charm), so just get HoloEN to trade dittos with JP members and just start mass breeding

Masuda Method is like having a consistent radar chain of 37-38... and not having to catch with pokeballs

yeah true, beating the league + getting National Dex, because part of what PokeRadar does is find previously unobtainable Pokemon like Ditto (... so also having a Ditto is kinda also locked behind E4 as well)

Pokeradar doesn't work for Magikarp anyway, since it's from fishing, right?

X and Y have chain fishing which is insanely good for catching shiny pokemon. might be one of the most consistent shiny hunting methods in existence and is very easy to do. but it's limited to the old rod, good rod, and super rod pokemon available in XY. and of course this doesn't help with getting shiny pokemon in BDSP. but still an interesting piece of trivia, I guess.

for fubuki's situation, she seems to be intentionally hunting at the 1/4000~ rate just for the sake of doing it. she's not even advancing through the game until she gets the shiny pokemon in each location that she wants, and after she caught the gold magikarp she said she probably isn't even going to evolve it into a gyarados.

so yeah, what she's doing is more of a self imposed challenge, and is a totally separate conversation from 'what are the best ways to get a shiny pokemon'

cba making it nicely formatted like you did. left out Holostars coz i've never even watched a clip of a lot of them but Roberu would be 2nd, Astel between 10-15ish and Izuru top 20. Didn't know any of CN other than Artia and i liked Artia, she'd be top20 as well (am kinda vaguely aware there's a bit of controversy regarding how she left cover/the coco situation ). Moona's far ahead of everyone else, she's probs the only Holo i actually watch with any regularity these days and there's probs still about 4 or 5 other smaller vtubers i watch more than her tho a lot of that has been coz she hasn't been streaming much.

Amelia was out an out my fav about this time last but i really went off her. would've left out En Gen 2 if they gave me the choice coz i still don't really have much of an opinion of them outside of "fine".
