Reagan admin gave money and weaponry to the anti-communist revolutionaries, including one young Osama bin Laden, who would later use these very same weapons to kill Americans and form Al-Qaeda and ISIS. He peddled the lie of trickle-down economics and millenials+gen z are poorer than past generations because of it. Admin purposefully botched handling of the AIDS crisis and saw it was a positive because it was only affecting homosexuals. But yea he is objectively one of the worst presidents in US history but he waged war on the middle and lower classes and exploded the income disparity allowing the richest people to see their incomes increase exponentially every year so the republicans worship him as a god.
