I will buy 2 to 4 packages of 40-45 bottles at a time. For toothpaste, laundry detergent, shampoo,and soap, I tend to get larger packages that last quite a while, but not large enough to really call it "bulk" (mostly, I'm basing this assessment on whether or not I buy them at Costco). Lightbulbs, I don't go through quickly enough to warrant keeping more than 1-2 spares of each size/shape around, so I almost always purchase them either individually or in smaller packages. --- This is my signature.
