Since January.

I actually wouldn't sell you on LINK at this very moment since I think it can still pull back to <$40. But buy when that happens because hitting $100 by 2023 is a virtual lock unless the entire market crashes.

I have never actually seen a concrete reason why to pick LINK over any other crypto or any other investment in general. You repeat it constantly like you are doing right now, but what I'd be interested to hear is why this is different or a good idea. Is there some technological reason why its good? Is it picking up steam in certain industries or certain regions of the world? What are we actually betting on here?

Every time I see you post about it it's just "its up! get in!" or "being up 300% by next year is happening" or "I told you guys to get in LINK!" - which is just generic WSB hype posting.

Actual insight into these cryptos would be very useful but that's what I think is so rare here. So what if you said "buy LINK" in January? I'm very interested in getting into a crypto that has tons of room to grow, and I do have $100 in LINK just like I do 10 other cryptos, but I'd need something other than good feelings to actually commit reasonable money to it.

Damn, I think WYNN is reporting their earnings this week. I thought it was next week, though I cant seem to definitively find out. I was planning on not being involved with it during earnings week.

Because LINK is essential to the practical applications of crypto--so the more you see banks and merchants offering the ability to pay with crypto, the more the market will rely on the tech that chainlink offers. Basically as goes crypto, so goes chainlink.

The other part of this is that LINK is still at a low enough value where you'll find opportunity investors pouring larger sums of money into it (like ETH a few years ago).

Is Uniswap 'major' yet? It's leading in my altcoin basket that I started after the Great Robinhood Exodus. Voyager has been a good exchange for the alts if anyone will need that doge fix.

I've never really thought about that for all these coins beyond "this one's for cross-border payments, these are for DeFi stuff", so I did a deeper dive into LINK. Essentially, LINK provides the interface between real-world, external data and blockchains. This facilitates the execution of more and more complex smart contracts in many different industries and applications. I guess the market price of the token itself is propped up by the network effect (which isn't unique) but the utility and pervasiveness of the network suggests staying power and growth.

As for LINK, I tried to setup a Coinbase account last year and it accused me of identity fraud, and banned me. I was able to rectify the situation but they put a 3 month pause on my account.

We refinanced our house so I decided to lay low with any further accounts and stuff. By then (last week), it became clear that a funny picture of a shiba inu was a smarter investment strategy. I use RH and that doesn't allow LINK.

I wanted to join Coinbase to buy Brohan's baby (XRP). I was going to buy $1000 each of a few alt coins. I don't really have a ton of research on them, but, it'd only be 1000 bucks. LINK and Litecoin were the other 2 I had in mind.

I got BTC at 33k, after reading that it would likely hit 72k this year and it would be a huge resistance point. I felt way more bullish with all the retail and institutional support that got built in at 40k but seeing BTC struggle above 60k has made me a little 'concerned'. I'm still holding until a bit after the next halving event, though I was so tempted to sell it and buy DOGE.

my DOGE is pretty small. my wife is getting a new phone for free, basically. its a good problem to have.

I picked up even more GVSI on the dip

I have an addiction. I think that's enough though! Just confident Sharp will pick a banger for the merger and don't really care what it does in the meantime. Well, that's not true, hopefully it keeps steadily building higher highs.

Everyone's talking about crypto (especially Dogecoin) when it comes to Elon Musk going on SNL, but people forget that he also caused GME to spike up. And when GME spikes, AMC also follows.

Bought some AMC. Considering buying GME as well. I wouldn't be surprised if he says something about GME and I feel like AMC is a safer stock than GME in general. At least, I have more faith in movie theaters than I do in brick and mortar video game stores.

Or heck, who knows if people not already into investing will buy it because of Elon Musk's appearance. Consider selling some on Friday or early Saturday.

Basically, his appearance on SNL might be overhyped as being a good thing for Dogecoin. Elon Musk is a big deal for people into stocks and crypto, but would any comments or jokes about Dogecoin really inspire the average person watching SNL to buy Dogecoin?

I'm expecting a bump and then a significant selloff. I think a lot of investors are hyped, but there's not going to be as many buyers as people think there will be.

That said I've been wrong about crypto stuff for the past decade and sold my Bitcoin in 2011 for $1 (now worth about $6,000) so there's that.

So George Sharp DID get custody of RETC. My DD clearly did not check out. I shouldn't have trusted in my own mediocre lawyering abilities in my research! I merely figured that the appointment of the defendant in the court filings meant it would be dragged out - nothing like that appeared in GVSI filings.

Shame, I was gonna hedge my Sharp bets and put a bunch of my realized GVSI profits, over 35k now, in RETC while it was cheap, until I saw that in the court docs. I'm gonna try and sell about one quarter to half of my GVSI in the morning on market open, throw them straight into RETC, and scalp it for a 30% - 50% gain. I imagine it could do a 100% day+. Problem is it will probably gap up hard since Sharp tweeted the announcement after hours, so the gap could be huge.

GVSI and RETC have been trading very synchronously lately, so theoretically GVSI will have a good day too. But... I'm kinda worried GVSI might sell off a little more tomorrow and people will chase RETC. I may as well join in on the fun. That said, incredibly impressive that GVSI held strong today, despite the weak close. You NEVER see this in the OTC after a crazy day, and more importantly, crazy last two weeks. I'm getting maaajor cult stock vibes here...all the millionaire whales from TSNP are eating every dip. This is very high conviction for me at this point.
