Did you have Link a year ago? Do you think its going to maintain that type of growth? Its already slowed off much more than the other ones Ive mentioned. There is a reason why no one really else talks about it besides you. Im not saying its a bad investment, it just doesnt seem to have the growth left that the others do.

Yes, this is exactly why DOGE does not have room to go "to the moon", because there are so MANY tokens in circulation compared to other cryptocurrencies that there just wont be enough purchase power in existence for everyone to offload their tokens at high prices. Only a select small percentage will actually profit at prices much higher than it's currently at.

Doge is alresdy about 400 times more valuable than logic says it should be. It does nothing, it serves no purpose. Its creators literally said yeah we made it for a meme and its mooning because haha Elon Musk, and hes gonna wear a Doge shirt and then say a weakass pun like Easy Doge It and its gonna double in value for no reason at all.

Right but even as a "has the value that is assigned to it" it will only hold up as long as there is enough money willing to be invested into the system compared to the amount of tokens that people are trying to sell for a profit.

It is my belief that there will be ENOUGH people trying to sell (at some point soon) because they are just trying to make a quick buck that it is going to DWARF the amount of demand that will continue to exist at the current prices.

It is also my belief that enough DOGE tokens are being MINTED (around 14.4 million new tokens per day) that the people who are mining DOGE will already be profiting enough from the current prices that there is going to be vastly more SUPPLY than DEMAND for the most part.

So while yes it CAN double for no reason at all, it wont stay doubled unless EVERYONE collectively decides to HODL forever, and I just don't think that's realistic when you combine the amount of people who want to realize profits with the sheer amount of tokens created on the daily.

And at some point the people who have been HODLing from when DOGE traded at 3/4/5/10/15/20 cents are going to want to realize the gains and there just isn't going to be enough demand to satisfy that and keep the price up.

But my DOGE exposure has been negative for some time and even when I buy back in around 20 cents (hopefully?) it will be with less than my overall DOGE profits so it's still just house money.

Rough day for me. Down 9k on GVSI. Hurts a lot less already having 27k of realized gains though. But yeah, my unrealized gains went way down. Good price to buy more though if I catch confirmation right away. Hopefully it's still coming, since court stuff can be slow, and I'm still watching like a hawk to be first in line to buy more or sell everything based on the news. Either way, gonna be an interesting week!

IEA warrants also down despite the commons being modestly up. Guess the warrants ran a little too fast as well. Another opportunity to load.

We don't need two topics

it doesn't bother me a lot either way but i think its very rare the crypto talk actually results in any useful information about the topic or why a specific crypto is a good and worthwhile investment. any time it does start to move into genuine discussion, drawbacks that get mentioned usually trigger the crypto warriors into a full on defensive which makes it especially unproductive. so most crypto talk is just generic WSB hype posts, and neon has already carved that out as his niche here so we could probably cut down on a lot of that

I gave specific advice in January that is currently netting 200%+ returns. There is absolutely no reason not to talk about crypto like we talk about any stock in any industry.

No objection to either discussing crypto here or calling it the stocks topic notwithstanding. And some people here invest, other people do short term trades, other people do some of both. So I'm fine with keeping it as the stocks topic. I think of crypto as a kind of stock even though it isn't.

Im learning that selling calls is more lucrative than selling puts. I suppose thats because when you sell calls, you must own the stock and therefore its more risky.

I like this strategy though. Im raking in over $2k per week now, and get to keep whatever (small) profits the stocks may have yielded.
