It's how my grandfather died as well. As to what happened with eh oxygen. She may have been trying to do it herself. Mayeb she couldn't get the oxygen back in and thought it be fine. When you depend on others, sometimes people feel like they are a burden. She may have been trying to do it herself as to not bother you. Had the same thing with my mom when she had breast cancer. Fortunately for me she survived it but I took care of her. She had weak legs and a bad arm. She is mostly better besides the arm being at like 70%. But she was depressed that she had to be taken of. Time doesn't heal all wounds but things will slowly get better. Take your time with the grief. Be there for your son. Do your best and remember the good memories yall had. I still have to call the company who brought her concentrator and oxygen tanks. When they're done I'm gonna go be with my son. I was gonna buy her a new laptop for her birthday at the end of the month. Maybe I can give it to my son and tell him I already had it bought for her and he can have it. I don't know. I met her when I was 12 and she was 16. I didn't have the confidence to say anything at the time. At 16 I took her out for a night to forget her bad break up and we ended up kissing. That was apparently the kick in the ass I needed to pour my heart out to her. She admitted to always feeling the same for me but didn't want to cheat on her bf at the time. We dated for 5 years before getting married. 4 years later our son was born and she was so happy being pregnant with him. After he was born she was diagnosed with RA and that was when her body started breaking down. She didn't let it stop her from trying to be best mother she could. She could have a quick wit and could appreciate humor from high brow to a poop joke. She loved music and dancing. Even in her wheelchair she'd find a way to dance.
