From the title i thought this was gonna be a creepypasta.. Really wish it was now for your sake. I'm sorry you had to lose your wife and that she was so sick. My mom is sick with various health problems and i worry about her a lot. I know the feeling of wishing you had super powers and can heal any diseases or wounds. Everything inside my mom i would replace with brand new parts. Its gonna be really rough for you for quite some time, but a day in the future it will hurt a little less.

I'm very sorry to hear this for you and your son, and of course the upfront due technical and legal process while you have to digest the actual happening.
