Decided to be lazy and have a can of ravioli for breakfast, but the tab broke off when I tried to open it.

Just threw the whole thing in the trash after 1 minute of a can opener.

Now I have to have canned soup instead >_>

I had something like that with my can opener - where it would refuse to open. I found that rolling the opener backwards worked even though it really shouldn't.

When my grandfather landed at Inchon they handed out C-rations but nobody had any can openers, so he used his bayonet to open them.

A P-38, FRED, Swiss Army Knife or similar would probably have opened your can.

I remember when linkpizza tried to argue that there's no point in owning a can opener since he can just only by pop-off cans.

Either TC's can opener is terrible or he doesn't understand how to use "old tech".
