I simultaneously love and hate this hangout thing.
On the one hand, it flows well and is sufficiently entertaining and lets us interact with some underrepresented characters. It is also sufficiently forgiving and rewards time spent with useful character items. On the other hand, we are splitting reality into a number of parallel dimensions where we remember all the things we did and didn't do, but the character we focus on can not. Which path is canonical? Are any of them? Are all of them? Can there be any future progression beyond this point? Will Noelle ever learn what love is? It certainly works in a meta sense, and helps us see characters function in varying situations beyond action rpg combat. The whole fractured reality bit is something my brain is gonna focus on as I try to go to sleep though... --- There is no shame in not knowing; the shame lies in not finding out ... No crit rate circlets from other sets? If crit rate is your singular issue, I'd use one from a different set on the character and slap on a sub-par same set goblet to keep the set bonus. If you lack it in 5* artifacts, look at the many 4* ones you've accumulated. If you've demolished all of them...stop that. A 4* is gonna be suboptimal, sure, but something is better than nothing, and you'll get a lot more of them when farming artifacts.
Idk about where you're at or what all you've done, but I do know that for the characters I cared about, I went above and beyond to ensure they got the artifacts they needed to shine. Spend weeks or months getting the perfect artifacts, or ones close enough that they'll do. Consult guides on those specific characters to see what alternative options exist that you might have access to. Case in point, I decided I liked Hu Tao. I looked at a lot of the builds people recommended for her. Her best general set is Crimson Witch, but the game kept throwing too many tempting Lavawalker pieces to ignore. Her optimal weapon is Homa, but I ain't no whale, so I opted for Deathmatch. I would have happily went with White Tassel and the result wouldn't have been too different. I pumped her talents to 8. I similarly felt I needed more crit rate and lacked one on set, so I gave her an hp% gob and slapped on an ocean set's circlet for the crit rate. The end result is that Hu Tao is currently my strongest character and instrumental in my completing the abyss this time. I'd like to take a peek at some of your characters, but do not know if you're on the list, Nio. Which, speaking of the list...I also can't seem to access it.
