I'm at 74 pulls waiting to get Hu Tao with a single fate, but I have to win the 50/50 because Ganyu wouldn't leave me alone (I didn't pull for Xiao). As long as I don't pull Jean, I'll take any 5*. I honestly would rather have Mona over Hu Tao because C2 Mona is great for DPS.

Luckily for me, spooky Hu Tao did not visit me with any spooks, so I am up to C1 spending my total of about 20k primos. I only got a single XQ, and would have appreciated some more, but can't complain.

I wanted some Xiangling Cs since shes C3. Didnt get a single one in close to 80 pulls. Maybe next time

Didn't log in for like 10 days so I'm going to miss out on 5 summons as most I can reach in Day 5 before it goes away. Also seems Welkin ticks down even when you don't log in which makes sense given how other games operate with similar schemes but still feels like you're getting fucked by not getting what you paid for.

Can now confirm you do not get Welkin bonus if you don't log in. Logged in today and Welkin now down to 10 days. In total I've missed ~20 days of Welkin so 1800 primos. I definitely had 2k+ primos previously and now I have 2434 so impossible for me to have gotten 1800 primos

Ugh I can't decide if I want to go for C1 Hu Tao or Staff Of Homa.

It is, but I assume you were hoping for something more functional if you're not immediately going "hey, I can use that on my Diluc/Razor!"

And on the note of your Xingqiu pulls, I took Chongyun from Stand By Me because I didn't own him. Now he's C3.

Yeah, that part was nice. It means I have some scraps leftover for Rosaria. Also I forgot to fight the big Geovishap so Ill have to do that a lot for Hu Tao now before I can level her to a good level. Also still dont have a good fire set artifact yet. Artifact RNG so cruel

Same. (Except I have fire artifacts, but nothing usable for Hu Tao.)

I dropped a few fragile resins, so I was able to get a bit done, but not enough to feel like I have more than a minimally functional character. Funny thing is I literally haven't even used her yet.

This is why I specifically avoided the Keqing banner. Barbara was my first C6 by a mile. (The other two characters you mentioned are also C6 now.)

That said, the final constellation for Barbara is a lot more useful than I think people give it credit for. But the ones in-between? Not so much.

A youtube dude named meowreii made this for their hu tao guide. shows what hp you'd need to work towards for each potential weapon for her. Homa is by far best in slot, but there are some decent 4* options like Deathmatch or Lithic (with sufficient Liyue teammates/refinement). He breaks them down into 3 main tiers. Idk if he's gonna be the best source for Hu Tao builds, but his seemed reasonable enough in these early days of playing around with her.

I saw that one. Don't agree much with the analysis. Pretty evident this was some dude's opinion piece that he prepared for release day.

The table is a nice resource, but I saw something similar elsewhere that this basically reaffirms -- the 400% cap is a non-factor. There's only two times it comes up. One is max refine Staff of Homa. The other is with a Dragon's Bane (or a White Tassel) and you choose to crown her E. There are very specific players who might end up in those circumstances, but they're certainly the minority. And even if you do end up capped, you won't be capped by much.

So yeah, I think it's safe to say we can just straight up compare the weapons. The two weapons in particular I'm juggling are Jade Spear (recent gacha gift) and Dragon's Bane (my evergreen Xiangling weapon). One youtuber made an early impressions guide ranking all the weapons, and specifically addressed the comparison of these two, saying he thought that +36% damage was better than what Jade had to offer, which was primarily the extra attack. Once factoring Dragon's Bane's EM into the conversation, he felt it was clearly better for any kind of reaction-based comp. That's only back-of-napkin supposition, though.

The guide I want to see most is Krush SG's, but then I am similarly biased towards geo characters like how he is. Seems like a no-brainer for me to use her with Zhongli, but beyond that I'll have to play around with some other units.

As far as weapon goes, I've about settled on Deathmatch for now, as it is the best of my particular lot and pairs nicely with her crit dmg ascension stat. I'll inevitably view a number of guides before making any firm decisions about any one particular build.

Really, I'm just liking how fun she is to use, far more than I initially expected. Her ghostlike dash is quite lovely, and I've yet to tire of how her combo is animated.

Anyone know is the treasure seeker helps you find puzzle treasures? Like ones that wont pop up unless you stand in a spot or destroy some pillars or something? Im almost at 100% for every area, but I feel like Ive wandered all over them spamming the gadget and cant pick up anything

Wonder if its possible to hit 100% in areas without them since people were saying there were treasure chests past 100%. If not guess I better look up what I could be missing. Its hard to tell how much is even in each area though. I cant tell what counts as Minlin since some of it seems to spill into Lisha and same for Qiongji Estuary

Bottom right of the map shows which area youre in and your Exploration Progess in that area.

Oh, Id just been using the zoomed out part. Still would be neat if the map gave a highlight to the entire part covered in that region though! Like just make it glow faintly and Im good.
