If the next 4 years are not awful I will be surprised if Harris is not at the top if the ticket in 2024.

And honestly I'm hoping 2-3 years in Biden will step down for "health reasons" or whatever convenient excuse presents itself so she can run as the 1-2 year incumbent rather than the VP, I'm guessing that will move the needle at least a bit. So she would then be the first female president and then later become the first female elected to be president.

But that's putting the cart in front of the horse so we'll take it one non-dumpster-fire day at a time for now.

I mean this would be less on Biden and more on the senate. Biden has already outlined what he wants his plan to be! He has specific instructions. I guess I just don't see why the senate would need to take until March to get things figured out when Biden has already laid what I thought was a very solid groundwork.
