The episode was fantastic and the series as a whole is one of the best things to happen to the franchise in a long time. I do wonder why they made sure to keep Moff Gideon alive though. I love his character but what can they even use him for? Didn't they just want the darksaber? I guess the writers just really want to use his character again later. This. Im not thrilled that going forward we are going to lose the Din/Child dynamic that basically carried the show for two seasons, but Im willing to wait and see where they try to take the show going forward. Some things I really liked: the Dark Trooper/Din fight in the hallway was great, as was the fight between Din and Gideon. The Luke reveal was well done, and as much as Ive complained about tying the show too much with the main series it was cool as hell to see Luke in action during his prime.
