I think I'm starting to see how they're gonna do this.
Next season will probably be called "The Mandalorian: The Book of Boba Fett". Not really a spinoff, hence why no announcement, but not really season 3. Din will there but not the main character. Ahsoka and Rangers will fill things as well. Then they'll do the true season 3 and bring Grogu back and eventually lead to Mandalore with everybody involved. --- "Fear cuts deeper than swords." ... People are complaining about the de-aging? I thought Luke looked great personally. There wasn't much "uncanny valley" that I could notice.
The episode was fantastic and the series as a whole is one of the best things to happen to the franchise in a long time. I do wonder why they made sure to keep Moff Gideon alive though.
